Went into store to make a return, daughter couldn't ft pants I had brought that morning. Cashier named Alaina was very rude acted like she had an attitude an didn't want to do my return until the manger confirmed it. Which I had the receipt. She was scrolling on her phone the whole time an when she returned my items she threw the receipt across the counter. Very rude. Will be following up with management regarding this behavior

I went to return around a dozen items and the manager Sherise (not sure if I spelled that correctly) Was very rude, very off putting. Sherise took 20 minutes just to come to the front counter after her associate paged her numerous times...(the associate was very sweet and understanding) Then sherise continued to be rude to me. Tried to tell me where I could and could not stand and was overall horrible to me. I stood there for over 50 minutes for her to tell me that I HAD to come back later that day to get the rest of my remaining refund.... I tried to explain to her that I worked a 12hr shift and this was the only time that I could be there, Sherise was very very rude and acted like she didnt want to help. VERY RUDE customer service, especially from a "manager" Terrible experience. AVOID this place!!! Im considering a lawsuit due to what was extremely obvious!!!

So I usually give out good reviews to Ross, but today I went in and a young lady I think she said her name was Aimy was working the register by herself. NO HELP! Then they wonder why we customers get upset, waiting at these long lines. Shout out to that young lady! I hope she got a break

I am usually ok with the service. However today the cashier barely spoke, never said a word when I asked about my discount, then proceeded to yell loudly to her friend who came in the door while finishing my transaction and she didn't say thank you when we were done. These young people need to learn common courtesy!!! or not work with the public.
