Today I figured out on receipt, they took from me $53 more dollars because of a silly cashier' mistake. Cashier shooted the box which was 3 times more expensive than the needed one.
I talked to manager and he said that I should come to RD back to refund. I do not live in Kansas city, but even if I lived there it is such an inconvenience to go back for refund, because of others mistake. The manager talked rudely and literally said that he can not waste time talking about it too much.
I do not go there for business purposes. Just trying to save some money. I have no limit to my indignation.

When there is rush i request them to open more lanes for billing by the management so that customers can pass more quickly..
Literally waited for more than 20
mins to get billed.

Well I certainly read the reviews prior to writing my own experience. I don’t mean to be rude but the management of this store needs to work on educating their staffs and teach some manner. Being nice to the customers will increase the sale and you might not too worried about the sales because you are getting paid no matter what, but probably you’re ruining your employer’s business by being rude to the people.
That cashier lady seemed so annoyed all the time while she was scanning my products, no clue if i did something wrong!
Then she scanned one 5lbs garlic bag 3 times and it charged 65$ two times and 11$ one time! Luckily she was able to fix it on the spot but she also scanned one box of chicken patties twice and i ended up paying 29$ more!
I was already 17 miles away from the store when my wife caught the discrepancy and i had to drive back to the store!
After informing the matter to the manager, she didn’t even say a single nice word, even though i told her for their mistake i had to waste my gas and time she didn’t even say a sorry to me, Wow!
To the manager: what makes you so proud of yourself? Is it because of your skin color? Here is the thing ma’am, you get paid to serve the customers and take care of the business. You failed in both, if you and your cashier don’t like your job just quit- don’t ruin someone’s day or don’t ruin your employer’s business specially because of whom you’re able to buy the bread and butter for your family.

Rude customer service manager. Ridiculous price increase within a week! The same item that I buy all the time went up $40 week later. I get prices increase all the time, but $40 in one week is ridiculous! Asked the customer service manager when he came to do the refund and he just walks away! Please be more professional and also keep your place stocked! This place is always out of stuff.
This place makes my blood boil every time! They are ripping everyone off! If you shop here, you better pay attention to your receipts!

I checked in at 7:50am. They gave me the door at 1:30 pm. It's 2:30 pm and it's not over yet. What a lack of respect for the drivers and our job. I will never accept and return to this place again.

Management is exceptionally rude, very unprofessional, and confrontational. I tried to return a product within 72 hours just as stated on the policy and not only did the manager refuse, he also would not take the time to talk to me. I asked for clarification of the return policy for future reference and he blatantly refused to even have a conversation. He walked off immediately and when I finally had the opportunity to talk to him (I stood and waited until he happened to walk by), he would NOT let me get a word in as if his time was more important than mine. Management is a direct reflection of the company and if Jesse is a representation of Restaurant Depot, this company has a lot to work on. I have a video of the entire incident.
Also, the other staff I encountered were very friendly.
