This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Miranda and John were a joy to work with. Miranda was not pushy and made the process quick and simple. I knew which car I was interested in prior to coming, but Miranda didn’t try to push to push a more expensive model. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half and extremely happy with the price and my new car. Their prices were as listed on the website as some other dealerships in town, this is not the case. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.

My sales person was awesome , However, I can’t say the same thing about the service department. I told them I had a leak in the back window area.. I told them I would like to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. Scheduled an appointment, went up there, service manager said “ yep it leaks… Will make an appointment for you, however I can’t guarantee that you won’t sit up here all day and waste your time because we’re really far behind.” Did he think I was lying? Why did I have to make that first appointment? I did not make a second appointment there… another dealer (GMC Pittsburg made appointment, got me in within 10 minutes and ordered part. It arrived next day)

Took my car in yesterday for a issue to be diagnosed & hopefully repaired, since I waited for a day where they could keep my vehicle all day & they said they were wide open. I also added an oil change since it was almost due. I told the service dept I would need a ride when I made the appt. They said no problem. I drop it off @ 7:30am & got a ride to work. The gentleman who drove me was a super nice guy! He mentioned he only works til 2:30pm, so I called the service dept at least 4 times trying to get thru to a real person not voicemail. I also NEVER heard about my vehicle diagnosis after leaving a voicemail. I couldn't get a live person to find out about a ride back. I was literally stranded at my office with no car & my office closes @ 3:30pm. I had no idea when they said "no problem" on the ride into work that they couldn't give me a ride back! Needless to say I called my Daughter who left school to come & get me. I didn't want to pay for Uber when they said they offer rides & are open past 4pm. They told me the diagnosis when I finally got there to p/u my car. So they only did the oil change when they had my car all day. (And the diagnosis) I could have went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change & been in/out in 30 mins. I've never used this shop for maintenance & I never will again, sadly...
UPDATE: Believe it or not my issue got worse 2 months after my oil change. My oil light came on! And I mean my "low on oil" light! Not "need an oil change!" I was shocked, stopped in @ the Jiffy Lube right there near this dealership. Found out I was THREE qts low on oil! I don't have an oil leak! I waited several more months before posting this just to be sure. After they topped off my oil by 3 qts, I've never been low again! Zero oil leaking. They didn't even finish my oil change! I'm still in shock. I just lowered my stars from 2 to 1. Crazy!! Don't go here!

The service was poor. The service rep did a very poor job of communicating. I took my truck in on a Tuesday to get the gps antenna replaced the service rep asked me did I want to wait I said no I have a ride and I will come back when you call. At 5:00pm I called and no answer voice mail. Wednesday I called I was told another Tech would be working on the truck because the first was tied up. 5:00 pm no call. Thursday morning I called the service Rep And I was told he would call me back he never did. Friday afternoon I finally got a call from the service rep that the truck was ready. Good thing I didn’t wait for truck. Just say you need to keep it a few days .

Me and my daughter had a misunderstanding with the dealer about a new car. They never disclosed it had hail damage or it had been in an accident. Then when they said they would make it right we went back. So after getting a reduction in price we came back another day to sign paperwork. The dealership disclosed at the last minute the vehicle had over 6000 miles on it and upon delivery they never detailed or filled the tank. Plus due to all the miles there is only 16% oil life left. Very shady dealings. Deceptive. I will be posting more reviews on Facebook on the UAW websites just to let everyone know how awful of an experience I have had.

Bugra and Phil at the Reserve are the best people to do business with. Made buying my car smooth and easy. As a small business owner customer service is something we focus on and it’s great to see another business focusing on the same thing. And the vehicles they have are all incredibly clean.

Israel was my salesmen and he was a rockstar, I highly recommend him, he wasn't pushy, pleasant with questions, and was always available to answer the phone calls and texts we had. He was kind enough to even drive the vehicle up to us an hour away to deliver it on a Friday afternoon with a full tank of gas. This dealership takes care of their customers, I highly recommend!!

My truck been out there for 3 months they didn't even touch you do any work they lifted in the back lot and got vandalized window got broke out and it rained for into the truck and told me they were sorry for the inconvenience

Definitely would not recommend this place, I have met and talked to nicer people who work at other dealerships. Most of the employees are nice, but are also so rude.
