1:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. All the gas pumps have people parked in front of them with very few actually getting gas. I’m not coming back. This is the last trip I made to that place.

Before their store remodel, service was great. Today, I waited my entire 30 minute lunch for a cold brew drink. The kitchen service is gradually declining. I have always loved QT, and this one is right by my work. I shop in there almost every day. Not sure now.

I used to like this QT but ever since they got a new manager you can tell everyone is less happy the employees used to brighten up my morning but not so much after the new manager I try to come here as less as I can now

Quick Trip is a really good gas station in my opinion they have good breakfast pizzas etc I recommend it

I’m disappointed w Quick Trip for being lazy, unprofessional, not choosing nor having fresh donuts!!! This is absurd! I have been to this location multiple times for a fresh donut and a donut w real feeling ‘ sugar’ not pudding! I have addressed the problem hoping for a new fresh selection. But no change. I bought donuts again as a special treat for my son for back to school and once again NO FRESH DONUTS! The management should recognize this and correct the issue. And when it’s brought to the stores attention use good customer service - example replace the da@& donut. Offer new donut flavors w real icing. This is not difficult to correct. So the QTrip on Lamar - now they always have delicious and fresh donuts. That is very satisfying. And shows that someone is in sync w an early morning donut w coffee!

I wish I could leave 0 stars bc they don't deserve 1 the worst service and nasty bathroom seen an employee not wash he's hands then handled food had to share with everyone else don't go or eat there for sure
