I got there at 4:07 for my appointment at 4:00pm, lady stated that I was late and couldn’t help me anymore. When I suggested that I had to leave work early and traffic was rough she went & stated the system was now “down” please save yourself the time of this place and go to a different lab to get lab work done. Rude and unprofessional.

Tried multiple times to contact billing department about my account without any help at all.I was billed in January 2023 for Labs from May 2022!!! Cannot get a real person to verify the insurance info they have on file. Very disappointed with "non-service help".

I came in for a drug screening for work. Me and this other gentlemen were having trouble with the sign in screen. Andrea came out of the back to help both of us understand without an appointment we would have to wait to be fit in and showed us how to do that. That is the epitome of what customer service looks like. She is knowledgeable and patient and that is why I will always come to this location even though I have now moved to Kansas

I didn’t catch the ladies name that did my blood work but they were both super nice! I had getting blood work done but it was so fast and they kept me talking so that I was distracted.

The woman conducting drug screens had to be the most hateful person I have encountered this year. I guess if you drink too much water so I can go number 1 to complete the test, I must be trying to fake it? Being respectful towards others clearly isn’t a priority for these people

We made an appointment online, got in at the appointment time and was done In 10 minutes. There were many people waiting that were walk-in. Definitely recommend online appointment.

I was in and out, left the building 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Tameka was great. I told her I hate needles and she said look the other way and then out of nowhere she said you’re done! I felt nothing!

I would give zero stars if I could. My appointment was at 8:10, got there at 8 and the door was locked. There was a line forming outside the door and finally another patient came out and we all crowded into the actual waiting room. Get my blood work done (lady was great at her job and super nice, only positive about the whole experience) and given instructions to collect samples at home and to drop them off when I'm done. Week later and THE SAME THING HAPPENS WITH THE DOOR BEING LOCKED. Finally get in and no one is at the window. Try to catch someone as they call out another patient name and tell them I'm just dropping off my sample and was told to make an appointment. So I signed in and waited 20 minutes only for her to open the door, take the envelope and move on to the next patient. Absolutely ridiculous.

The labs and techs are worst especially the old white lady. She was yelling at me because they couldn't read the doctor handwriting! I don't recommend this place and if I had the time I would sue this place over what she told me! I feel stupid to not catch the tech name! She was even talking bad on her other co-workers in behind their back. Where is their manger? Look at this place it’s all about bad reviews.

My technician Olga was king, patient and welcoming. This is my first time going to North Kansas City location and had a issue that she researched and found.She was so patient and easy to draw my cultures. You could tell she was smiling even under her mask. Thank you Olga! Will tell all my friends and family about you!
