I'm a recently widowed female with no used car shopping experience. I used Carfax to screen vehicles with good service history and no accidents and found a 2013 Ford Escape at ProntTow. I was assured there were no mechanical issues so I put down a non refundable $2000 deposit then traveled from out of state to complete purchase and drive home. Upon arrival I was disappointed to find there were no back seat head rests and only one set of keys but assumed that was how used car market was. I was told the title would be mailed to me. I drove home and soon noticed pink fluid leaking on my garage floor. I had it checked and was told it had a transmission fluid leak as well as oil leak. Its been 4 months and I've yet to receive the title. BIG LESSONS LEARNED AT MY EXPENSE

Great customer service and selection of cars. Bought a 2006 Cadillac STS that had a few minor issues after I bought it and they helped me through all of them. Felix is a great guy and treats customers like family even after the transaction is made! Great experience with Prontow!

worst tow company ever!!!!!!!!!! Cash Only? I had a vehicle break down and Prontow towed it as I was arriving to pick up my vehicle. Tried to talk him into taking it off tow truck but was immediately told not unless I had $150 cash. so I payed cause I need my vehicle back and he drove off without giving me a receipt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never Use Pron Tow

I bought a 2006 Ford Escape from this company and just 2 months after I bought it the Transmission went out and had to pay $ 2.600 to have it fixed ! The car leaks when it rains . I will NEVER buy a car from them again and won't ever recommend them to anyone !!!! BE VERY CAUTIOUS OF THEM !!!!!!!!!!!
