I will never take my rabbits to another place! They treat them with so much love and care. I’ve had 3 rabbits fixed here with no issues. If you have rabbits (or any animal actually) bring them here! Dr Hodges is great.

Took my boxer to get checked out to see why he was acting the way he was. Vet took him in back and came back to tell us that he has a month or two to live. Without telling us what he has or anything.

The customer service was phenomenal. As a first time pet owner, I was a nervous wreck coming in to my appointment. I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing and had a long list of questions. The entire staff was friendly and inviting. The wait time was extremely short. Savanna and Dr Roebke were very heartwarming and inviting. They put me right at easy. They were so sweet and gentle with my dog, Cow. Cow was very nervous and they kept her calm and relaxed. They answered all of my questions and were able to put me at ease. I will definitely be going to them in the future. Also, apple pay is accepted.

I was attempting to get my dog in at my regular vet but was unable to get an appointment until far later than I was willing to wait to have my dog seen. I called Piper and they got me in the same day! They even had the courtesy to call me back when another appointment had cancelled to see if that time would work better for me.
I was blown away by how thoughtful and professional everyone I interacted with there was. I even got a call from the office yesterday to check on my sweet girl.
I have four animals and will be transferring all of their care to Piper due to having such a great experience at their clinic. 10/10 would recommend.

Love this vet! Recently took my dog here for his annual exam and vaccines. All the staff was very nice. The vet was amazing. She was very friendly and my dog loved her. My appointment was at 8 30, I did arrive about 10 minutes early but I was in and out by 8 45. The office itself is very clean and organized. Highly recommend!

I will never, as long as I live, take my pets to these assholes at Piper Heritage. I was loyal to Dr Smith and then Dr Hodges until today. Today, I hope they suffer the way Gino is suffering. Whatever genius decided that in his last week here on earth he shouldn't have his refill of Rimadyl, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, without actually coming in for a visit, is a fucking asshole. The transportation, in itself, would kill him. He's 130 lbs and can't walk. He's hurting, I was trying to give my kids a few more days with him before having to put my sweet baby down, but they're more concerned with getting that office visit fee than to help my best friend be comfortable in his last days. A week's worth of an ANTI INFLAMMATORY, it's not even a narcotic. Telehealth? Nope. Not without the office visit. Go fuck yourselves. You aren't concerned with animals. You didn't get into this line of work for anything but money. A week of god damned rimadyl. Go. Fuck. Yourselves.

*Coming from a vet tech of the last 10 Years*
The doctor and tech were wonderful with my cavalier. He is also wonderful, but of course I’m biased. The doctor took the time to explain everything and the tech made sure to make my old man’s meds a priority. I was (and am) super nervous to be on the “client” side of things but this first visit was great. My guy came in with an eye issue and being knowledgeable about the background I know it can get crazy fast. But the doctor consulted with another doctor who likes eye stuff, which is always a good sign in my books. Thank you to everyone there that was kind and understanding to my dog and also myself as switching to the client side can be hard - I’m looking forward to taking the rest of my herd of pets in and getting to work with the team more. I’m posting a picture of my guy because he’s really just the best.

The kindness and compassion here is amazing . I brought my old dog JJ in to put him down and Dr Williams and staff were amazing . Just simply amazing . There was no rush or push and I was able to take my time and say my goodbyes . Thank you all !
