I just stopped in this morning to have my battery tested. They were very busy however the store manager actually came out to check out my battery. Get me back on the road in no time flat thank you very much Joshua and this store for your willingness to help and, make my day more productive. Five stars!

I've had a lot better experiences at O'Rielly in the past. The last couple of times not so. I never need much here but a windshield wiper, motor oil or a headlight. They are always nice to help me with whatever and I always give them 10-20 bucks for doing so. So two times ago I needed a headlight and I ask if he would put it in.. straight up no. A week later I went to another location and store was not busy , I showed him my receipt and ask if he would screw it in but he said they didn't do that . I didn't ask them to repair my car and the last 20 years I've always had help with the simple things. What gives? That's why I go to O'Rielly, I mean USED to go to O'Rielly.

These guys are Great! I Enjoyed hanging out with them for 45 minutes While the 3 of them put a new battery in my Key Good times!! Can't wait to go back and have them replace the other battery in my other key ? P.S Let Ron listen to Country Music!! ?

The people working at this location are extremely rude and ignore you if you are a woman. They made me wait for a long time, while several men went ahead of me and they literally just had to grab something off of the shelf and i was ready to pay for it. The cashier next to me was yelling at a customer that didn’t speak English very well. The customer had a translator they were using to communicate and there was no need for that. I will not be going back.
