I’m 8 months pregnant & I’ve only been to this location twice but the first time the lady at the kiosk was super rude to me and had a horrible tone when I told her I needed help and had a problem with my order. Fast forward to today, I just left this location and didn’t get anything but there was an older guy with yellowish hair that ignored my asking help the first time, then finally reluctantly came over to help me. When I didn’t speak fast enough, he repeated himself with “what is it you need?” but seemed very annoyed. I asked a simple question and he answered with “well” and seemed irritated that I didn’t know prior to coming in. Like what are you even there for? My mom and I just left because that’s uncalled for. Don’t go to this location if you actually expect good service.

Some pimply face kid with shaggy curly hair tells me that the message that I got that my print job would be done four pages mind you by 5:00 he told me that I would have never received anything like that because after 2:00 they would have never sent that message. I was also told that I never paid for it but I had the receipt showing that I paid for it and the email receipt showing I paid for it. I had an appointment to go to so I had to leave and I told him that I had to leave I had 15 minutes to get 20 minutes and he's like we'll be with you so I had to leave. If you can find someplace else like CVS they do print for the same price I would go there.

Oh oh oh I wish I could tap the five stars two times and make it 10. The customer service I received was top of the line. I called on the phone and Sylvia Answer from that point on it was smooth sailing. I left the store on Main to make it to the one in the Northland at first I kind of had an attitude but the lady Janice fixed everything. That Janice is a multitasker the 15 minutes I spent in the store she helped four other people and got my order together. When I say they are helpful I mean it. The Janice walk me through the order step by step and said see you tomorrow. I'm pretty sure once a month I'm just going to find different things to print so I can hang out with them for 15 minutes the best 15 minutes of my day was spent at the store.

As a small business, I depend heavily on Office Depot to design and print my marketing material. Janice and the entire print staff have been rockstars for me! They got me set up with a business select account and tended promptly to my design and marketing material print needs! This is all while being understaffed. Huge thanks to your staff and everyone at the Vivion Road location working hard to help me and company.

Went in on a Sunday because it was time to finally buy a printer. Wanted something to print photos, card stock, and regular paper, and Brittany was our hero! She answered all my questions with lots of patience and I had nothing but a pleasurable experience!! She was so knowledgeable on all the products, which is what you would hope for coming to make a big purchase. Will definitely be recommending this location. Keep it up Brittany!
