INDY did an incredible job of helping me print out last-minute save the dates after I had ran out of my personalized magnets. He was really understanding. Did a quick job and even cut them perfectly for me.

I just had an unpleasant experience at this location and so did another customer. While at the self service copier none of the employees wanted to help between 4:00pm-5:00pm. The printers were being jammed and instead of helping they kept walking right past us as if we were annoying them and they were just waiting for their shift to end. I was also charged on my card for a random print that was not mine. Printers were not serviced and customer service is not good at all. Definitely will not be using this location again.

Service is absolutely horrible at this location. Service for laminating and printing closes at 4pm. With. What about people who need the service after 4pm? I've been here 3 times just before and was told they were supposed to be off. Shut it down worst company ever. May as well shut down

This store in Kansas City on Main Street is easy to shop. They offer a wonderful help and many products to choose from. If you remember you also get discounts. They make you feel welcome at the store.
