The managers seem to close the store whenever they don't want to work.Twice I have tried to exchange a Christmas gift and both times the store is closed during business hours.

Self service is relatively easy, because they store is organized and well stockedI found two pairs of shoes to purchase and got a great deal on the "back to school" promotions going on.
