I generally know what I want before going inside. I found furniture area crazy busy, but Victor was patient and helpful. It is better to go off hours. I do wish they would offer some incentive or discount on delivery. $110 for what takes two guys five minutes to move in seems a bit high.

The sales staff is amazing! We went to the legends location to buy a few things, 2 sales people stand out as superior: Mason in video games and Chris from furniture! Product knowledge was spot on, both were extremely professional and eager to help without being pushy. My service dog came with us, and it was fun to sit in the Flexsteel recliners and be able to hold the dog as he wants to be close, even when he is not working. Such a great time shopping yesterday!

They are happy to sell you a furniture warranty from guardsman that they don't use anymore because they are so bad. however guardsman won't help and either will you based on the information from our salesperson we are covered. Stand behind your products and own the situation. We Will Never Shop There Again!

Here it is an entire month later and I'm still having problems. The item arrived with broken magnets, the delivery guys damaged my wall. NFM offered to take $100 off for me to keep the damaged piece because all three of the pieces they brought out to exchange were also defective. I opted to return it and NOW I have waited two different days to be denied by the drivers because they don't have room on their trucks.

The store is pretty overwhelming due to the massive size and selection of different products You could definitely spend an entire day here looking around. We were in the market for some new furniture and first looked in the clearance section. We found an ottoman we looked for a great price. Truman in the clearance section helped us purchase the ottoman and was very helpful. We then found a couch and glider we liked and Rebecca Clark helped us make that purchase. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we got the lowest price with a promotion they were running. I highly recommend using Rebecca or Truman if you go here looking for fur

EDIT: I emailed my pictures and more information. Austin from NFM responded promptly and refunded what I paid for the couch within 24 hours which was nice. NFM won't accept responsibility and that's fine. I don't expect them too as I don't think NFM infested the couch. I just wanted to bring the issue up regarding if they treat used furniture so other customers considering this are aware. The response was that "pieces are inspected for issues and fixed as needed". Unfortunately, this couch has so many places bed bugs could hide they most likely weren't caught in inspection. However, I appreciate NFM stepping up to even over a refund. While this has still been stressful and will be until treatments are over, this does feel like an acceptable response from them. I'm frustrated to say the least. I bought a used couch from NFM 12/30/23 and about 2-3 weeks ago bed bug bites started showing up. Pest control promptly came yesterday to inspect and confirmed my couch had bed bugs. There were no other obvious places with bed bugs in my apt. I asked how this could happen and was told by the bed bug expert that the adults can lie dormant for 2-6 months so it's entirely possible if it wasn't treated before I got it I brought it home with bugs in it from wherever it may have been before. I expect this from a roadside couch, not NFM. The response I got back is maddening. It was essentially "you could've brought them in another way. If it was from us others would have them too. Have a nice day." and that's what I asked pest control too. No one else in my apartment has them so we can rule out electrical wires or plumbing. I haven't traveled with luggage at all since I got the couch so we can rule out luggage. Nothing else in my life has changed; except THE COUCH. NFM just wrote me off and blamed me. I have now paid more for the treatment of this problem than a brand new couch would've been. I got to deal with massive amounts of bug bites. Not to mention all the laundry to be cautious I don't carry them from the couch. I also had to take off work to leave my apt for the day with my cats and will have to do this at least one more time. Not fun for me and terrified my cats, which is upsetting. I'm mad, frustrated, and just overall disappointed that NFM can quite frankly not give a damn. I had such great service in store but apparently when you talk through a screen or phone the consumer doesn't matter. We're gonna get the problem fixed but to no help of NFM. Unless they step up with a better response or solution for preventing this with used furniture, I will have a very hard time recommending others look at furniture here.

Had bedbug infestation in a couch that was bought directly from their site, and had no reasonable response to correct it. They only stated that bed bugs can come from anywhere. Ignored that fact that the pest control specialist thinks that they lied dormant for about 6mo. Instead of taking responsibility for their lack of cleaning processes in store, they choose to shame the consumer instead. Look into this before purchasing from this store, it is a common issue. Check on google and BBB for other encounters of this happening! Update: they have yet to provide the purchaser with evidence that they treat the furniture with any deterrents for these types of critters. No logs of treatments, only stating that they "walk the rooms" to check for bedbugs. As we know, bed bugs are small and often lie in crevices of furniture so "walking" isn't really solving the issue.

Purch white leather secitional from NFM had it less than 6mnths the transformer went out $6000 purch. As of now it is being discontinued so we had to get something else. We had to opt for fabric furn since no other furn was avail. that matched the house decor. It was delivered on 8/5 the very next day we head out of town we came back our house is infested with fleas ( we have no pets and no issue prior 2). We have to sleep like mummies you cannot be anywhere near that sectional or living g room area. We called NFM at 1st we was getting kick back no way to confirm that it was from the new sectional and we are just now calling 8/15 excuse me 1st off. You pickup and deliver ppl furniture on the same truck not knowing if they have bugs or not. Our furniture was not wrapped or covered up upon delivery. We did not have a issue beforehand and if we did surely you would not put the leather furniture you pickup from my home and place it on the clearance floor as is for $2500. I tell you what come pick it up get it out my house. NFM response well we have to check to see when a truck will be avail. not sure when one will be for now if you have a garage set in your garage we will reach out when a pickup is available NO WE WILL NOT and fleas in another part of our home. WE will sit it out on the curb you can then make time available to come get it. NFM had to let me know I would be responsible excuse me you cannot give a date when a truck will be available, meantime I cannot start to take action in my home. I tell you what we will bring it to you Instead but I want to be compensated for having to get my home exterminated. He tells me we are allowing you to return the sectional as a courtesy and pick out something else meet us half way. It's not a courtesy when fleas were bought into my home from your furniture that I ordered and paid for. That was delivered to my home that had no prior issues. I'll deal with that later but I'm on my way to bring you this furn. Tomorrow so make note of that. I get a call back from a SUPERVISOR they DO NOT want the furniture in their warehouse so destroy it or sit on the curb they will credit my NFM acct and apologize for the inconvenience....

Needed to desperately buy a new office chair. Normally I'd go with something cheaper on Amazon or something, but I knew Nebraska Furniture Mart would have higher quality items. Yes, they can be a bit more costly than other places, but you can feel confident that you're getting good quality items. The chair I was needing had to be specifically for short people with a backrest that came forward enough. The only one I could find was at NFM and it did not disappoint. Their delivery time was also very impressive. Item was delivered, with no damage to the packaging, within only a few days.

Definitely your one-stop shop for all home furnishings and decor. We went in knowing what we wanted, but still took a full lap to see all of what they had. It is set up so nicely and everything is very clearly marked, as far as location and pricing of items. The place is very clean and well-stocked and the bathrooms are also nicely maintained. There are plenty of helpful sales associates, who (thankfully) are not overly pushy. I have definitely dealt with more aggressive sales people in the past, you won't find that here. Completely stoked that we found exactly what we were looking for at an incredible price! Can't wait to visit again! The whole process was SO quick and easy!

Stopped in to buy a new bed. Was immediately approached by Collene we advised we were not quite ready to talk purchasing she respected that and let us look. Before walking away she gave us a few important tips on things to consider when we’re looking at price tags.While walking around we had several employees approach asking if we needed help. They were never forceful or rude when we said we were just looking. When finally ready to purchase we found Collene again and she helped us order the mattress we wanted. Helped find the right bed lift kit that worked for our needs and within our budget. She was great to work with and so glad we got to work with her.

I bought a couch last week and paid to have it delivered and set up. The driver just showed up and refused to deliver it because I have people here prepping to paint my house. He said the door was blocked. I've attached pictures. The door was not blocked. There was a piece of plastic at the top of it that I easily pulled out of the way. I asked him to just bring it in through the garage if that's a problem. He declined and said he'd rather come back. After persisting, he said he would only do it if I signed a damage waiver. Look at the pictures I've attached. This is why he wouldn't deliver it. People take time off of work to have something delivered and this keeps them from delivering? No problem. I canceled the order. I'll buy a couch somewhere else.

I purchased a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator over two months ago from the Kansas City store. First they deliver it and the freezer door would not stay shut. The following week they come to swap out my fridge with a new one. After the install team left I realized the left hand leveling knob was missing. No big deal right? WRONG. I called asking if they could simply mail me a replacement part. They declined and said they would have to source the part through the manufacturer. Days go by and still no response. I call back again and finally a lady I spoke to said she was able to locate the part and will have it shipped to me. HOORAY! A month goes by and I finally receive a package with the incorrect part… I received a roller instead of the leveling knob. I call back in once again and attempt to “escalate” the situation. The manager I finally got through to acted like this was no big deal that I have a brand new $2000 refrigerator that wobbles back and forth due to a missing leveling knob. She kindly sends me a $25 dollar in store credit voucher through email for my inconvenience and tells me the correct part is located and will be mailed to me. That was a month ago from today… I called back today wondering where my leveling knob is and to my surprise, the person I spoke with said it was never ordered! He said that this part does not even show available for order for my fridge. He then proceeds to put me on hold so I MYSELF can speak with Frigidaire and try to find the part myself… which I didn’t request. Embarrassing customer service. I have spent thousands upon thousands with NFM over the last 10 years and this will be my final purchase from this joke of a business. This buying experience has been an absolute nightmare. I’ve never experienced customer service/ support so incompetent in my life. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HERE! GO ELSEWHERE.
