Potential issue for the flowers sent for my mom's funeral service as the ribbon that had her grandkids names was missing from the wreath from them.
Michael took care of this potential snafu personally. The person that answered when I called immediately got Michael on the phone when I described the issue. Within minutes the missing ribbon with the grandkids names was added to the wreath before the visitation even began!!

Michael’s Heritage Florist is my go-to for flower deliveries. I used to use nothing but 1-800-Flowers, but the service fee, delivery fee, and overall prices have sky-rocketed. I have ordered (2) bouquets/arrangements for delivery from Michael’s Heritage Florist and both recipients absolutely loved them!! I definitely recommend Michael’s Heritage Florist to anyone looking to buy flowers or have them delivered. I won’t use anyone else for flower delivery in KC again!!!
