Bad service says they are open until 8 and I arrived at 7:30 and they didn't help me. All the cashiers were inside and they didn't want to serve me. And that was with the desire to buy a cell phone.

This location is unfortunately lazy when you seek help they will automatically send you to customer service support, you can buy in this store all day but asking for help is another issue.

I don’t know where to start. Can’t pay attention to customers because they’re on their PERSONAL phones!!!!!!! Rudest ever both Prospect and Van brunt. I drive the extra 12 mi to Raytown! At least they help you and not hide in the back and leave you in the lobby !!!
