Came in for a new line. The young sugary-guy charged me for a plan I didn't want. He charged me for insurance without asking if I wanted it. When I asked for a receipt that lists what I was charged for, he said he couldn't give me one. I had to call customer service to get everything changed to how I wanted them. I was not given a refund, instead they issued it as credits on my next phone bill.
