I Ended up here at the end of a horrible day, stressed to the max. Figuring it was only gonna get worse dealing with a phone store but the two girls at the counter, Arianna and Connie, were got everything taken care of super quick and easy...also broke into song singing hakuna matata from lion king which was good for a much needed laugh. I highly recommend this location

I do not recommend this store today I went for the promotion to change companies to MetroPCS they told me that they did not have any promotions when online they said the opposite I found another MetroPCS store where they did show me the promotions for changing companies and being a new customer

Metro has the best deals if you want to be on a T-Mobile tower which is the best Tower and you want the moste with the best phones this is the only place to go this is an authorized dealer it's a professional friendly staff five stars

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would. Worst experience ever. Switched from a contract to Verizon came here the girl gave me the wrong phone so she had to switch everything again to the phone I wanted. Ended up charging me for the other phone anyway. I was in there for 2 hours. A $60 Bill went to $100 doubt I'll get my refund. I'll never return back to this location. Not to mention the phone they sold me was junk it completely froze up so I had to get a replacement phone

I come here all the time to purchase my mobile phone... New people there that haven't fully received customer service.. Always workers that I usely experience great customer service I think is gone
