I asked a question about the price of a phone and as I was adding the totals out loud the employee said he felt disrespected. I walked out. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I'm angry.

Customer service at it's lowest. Employees seemed like I was bothering them. They acted as if they weren't there to work.

HORRIBLE Customer service. Associate didn't even know what the settings were in the phone. When I said that the phone said Mobile Network Disconnected when I'd just switched to their service, they could not tell me. They kept interrupting me to deflect from not being versed in the issues with their own phone. I ended up seeking another store's associate. I know they switch them around from time to time but already, they hire young rude associates who don't know how to do what they're hired to.

I Ended up here at the end of a horrible day, stressed to the max. Figuring it was only gonna get worse dealing with a phone store but the two girls at the counter, Arianna and Connie, were got everything taken care of super quick and easy...also broke into song singing hakuna matata from lion king which was good for a much needed laugh. I highly recommend this location

I do not recommend this store today I went for the promotion to change companies to MetroPCS they told me that they did not have any promotions when online they said the opposite I found another MetroPCS store where they did show me the promotions for changing companies and being a new customer

Metro has the best deals if you want to be on a T-Mobile tower which is the best Tower and you want the moste with the best phones this is the only place to go this is an authorized dealer it's a professional friendly staff five stars
