I finally got to leave Metro by T mobile and I’m so glad because this is the laziest store I’ve ever been to. It’s just like every other store except these employees are untrained and will send you to a different store because they have no clue what they’re doing. Most times the store is locked because they’re not inside they’re in the parking lot smoking. And if the store is open they’re on the phone doing god knows what just too busy to actually help is what they act like. Not one good experience I’ve had.

One employee in the building two days before Christmas, she was untrained and had no idea what she was doing. She was on FaceTime sharing the screen with all my info with someone and they were trying to talk her through every step, or so it seemed. she had her earbuds in and they were talking in a foreign language so I have no idea what was actually being said or WHO she was showing my information too. And in the end she couldn’t get anything done successfully and I just left the store frustrated after asking for the managers business card and being given a card with only the stores address and phone on it

Mull bad store they never have change, they open late, it is not a professional store, there are always problems with the service or system, bad customer service, they always send to another store, I do not recommend at all, I definitely do not recommend this store,

Audra is fabulous! She has been so patient with me,I have no idea what I'm doing and and she has helped me understand better. She made suggestions and explained why she made it. I am so glad I decided take this change.

Cashier tried to overcharge me 10$.And then when called out can't get receipt. Tried to throw me out the store. Other employee printed receipt and still Dwayne verbally threatened my wife and I .I will never go back. CHANGING PHONE COMPANIES AT THIS POINT. MAY FILE LAWSUIT.

Cord wouldn't charge my phone,but I was being rude ,she nice when she take it,couldn't even get a cord that worked.wanted me to buy it ,he'll no.i already bought it.

The female rep I don't know her name. She worked Christmas Eve was beyond helpful. Got me and my son set up with 2 phones. She worked that front desk like the back of her hand all while being alone. She helped me and another guy with getting service All at the same time. And answered questions from the lobby. She remained calm and professional at all times even through we was reaching closing time and we all wanted to be with our families. Great job young lady you have a bright career ahead of u. Keep up the great work.

Very apparent that I am the wrong race to receive services in this particular store. I got told 2 different, completely false reasons why they couldn't do a refund on a brand-new, never opened accessory. I guess my issue wasn't as important as the group of women's conversation. It's also very easy to recognize when a group of people are making nasty comments, when you walk back in the store and they immediately fall silent.they don't like white boys at this store

They hustle an upgrade as if their lively hood depends on it and service is so slow,just to get a new phone & no good deals even on discontinued phone cases.
