Korz Auto Farm sold me a $5,000 vehicle that required $2,000 of repairs even to pass a safety inspection. The car salesman said that all that it needed was power steering fluid when I bought it. Why are there not laws protecting people in this nation? I just need a car to get to work and I already work 2 jobs. For goodness sake can anyone help us, we’re not even making it by anymore. This vehicle was essentially already totaled. They didn’t tell me until I was signing the papers that the warranty only covers 10% and is extremely limited to just motor and transmission. They sold me a broken car that I can’t even legally drive. Could it be more of an injustice to sell someone something completely broken. I could have literally died driving this on the road in the time period between purchase and inspection.Car salesman said that it drives just fine.

Thank you Brian!! What an amazing experience it's like family!! My son's car died on Tuesday. Brian and the team at KORZ got us in and back on the road by Friday morning gased up and ready to go!! It's a comfort to know that I don't have to worry about my son breaking down on the road because he has reliable transportation from a car lot we trust.

The first thing I would say, is that they do not sell new cars not a financing department. It’s a pre-owned car lot after all. Vehicles may have minor blemishes and quirks, and some cars are better than others based on age, maintenance, original design of the vehicle . If you go there then try to manage your expectations go with an open mind and cash in your wallet. Customers will have a pleasant experience like me.

The reply below speaks volumes of this company's character."Owner : We have no record of this person in our database. They did not buy a car here and this was posted at 4:29am. An internet troll at work."

Went out to look at a truck. Noticed his online photos of the truck were from a specific angle. When I got there I realized why, the other side was all rusted out, which he had covered with spray paint. (I saw empty spray paint cans laying around.) A disappointment that I wasted my time, and that his ads and practices aren't exactly truthful. But whatever, shifty used car salesmen are a dollar a dozen, not like I haven't seen it before. Then I read his online reviews, and his absolutely snotty responses to many similar complaints, and that's when I decided to post my experience. Instead of using customer feedback as an opportunity for learning, growth, and commitment to transparency, he lashes out. I don't know how anyone can stay in business like this, with their infantile behavior on public display for all to see.

After researching and looking at several car lots, I can honestly say this is the best place to buy a car in KC. They have the largest selection and best prices by far. It is literally one stop shopping. The staff was no pressure and no non sense. They allowed me lots of time and didn't mind that my ASE tech uncle crawled all over the vehicles and allowed us a lengthy test drive, without an annoying sales person breathing over our necks. I am happy with my purchase and I'll most definitely be back again.

I bought my 05 Volvo S60R here for $4k 2 years ago.The entire buying process went fairly smooth. I got an absolute steal on a Luxury-Sport sleeper that I nearly overlooked because it was so incognito. However, you have to be warned about a couple things. They don't appear to care about the condition of their cars. When I visited, most of the cars were engulfed in thick dust/mud, my Volvo included. When test driving my Volvo and a Jetta I was also looking at, they both had not-so mild vibrations from their suspensions. I was informed that everything was inspected by a mechanic and was told everything was fine except the obvious body damage to the fender. Instead, I was met with a cost of $1k for all four brake rotors (The cost mostly came from the S60R coming stock with Brembo brakes) barely 2 weeks after buying it.I bought one of my new favorite cars here, however I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for everyday vehicle purchases.

We were shopping for a car for our teen. Korz Auto Farm has a huge inventory of used cars at lots of different price points. Inventory changes regularly. CarFax available on all cars which is so helpful when shopping used cars! No pressure sales approach was refreshing. Purchase process was quick and easy. Recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Korz. Brian and Mark are amazing! We were able to walk the lot without being hounded by salesmen. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Even on the super rainy day we had. They were able to answer all of our questions and didn’t bully us into buying a car. This is the easiest car buying experience my husband and I have had. We love our new car and will most definitely be back to buy another. 10/10 will recommend! Thanks guys!!

Bought a car for 5000 dollars. Drove it about an hour away. Even paid the dude cold hard cash. The car seemed to be in decent condition. The next two days the car would not go above 20 mph. He also “forgot” to mention the car was a salvage title. He also didn’t tell me the exact details what was wrong with it. When I was looking at the car fax I felt rushed so I just gave him the money and took the car. It has been currently sitting in our driveway for a bout a year taking up space. The repairs on the car are not worth the price I paid for. The dude will withhold the truth from you. Do not go here he will rip you off. I cannot stress this enough.

Horrible attitude! Bad customer service!! It can't possibly be the owner saying choose love over hate with that horrible nasty attitude!! ....Absolutely no phone etiquette!Asking for a location does not give anybody a reason to be rude! I wanted to know the "relative location", not the actual location. Look that up!! My bluetooth kept connecting and disconnecting so, I was not properly heard but, I was apologetic and he was still rude!! It doesn't matter! Apparently, you guys make great money to pass up on a good customer so, kudos! I make great money as an entrepreneur too! ~bowing out!~

The repairs necessary on the car they sold me cost far more than the car itself (for the transmission alone). They know what they're doing putting junkers on the road. Go somewhere reputable. Or at the very least know what questions to ask because they won't tell you otherwise.I bought the car for 4,000. the repairs of issues it came with are far over 6,000.
