I was very pleased with my experience at this location. I usually have a coupon but did not this time and there was not one offered. The cashier kindly said there is a senior discount if I qualify. I qualify so I was thankful to have a little savings.

I only came in to return an Amazon online purchase. It was so quick that I was able to find some clearance deals for myself too.

Absolutely love this store. Always easy in and out. Great customer service. Great online pick up options. I do have A LOT of difficulty with their online ordering and they had a major mess up with kohls cash after Christmas and I lost $150 and they refuse to give it back. Which it was never used they just deleted it a day early and did nothing to reciprocate this. So I don't know how much longer I will shop her unfortunately. That's one of the perks I love and that really made me mad. I buy all the expensive name brands so I can get kohls cash to use in the smaller stuff. Then they took it a day before either expired and did nothing to give it back. I am selling their stock I have too. Ever since Penny's purchased them, the changes have not been good. IMO

Bought a gift online for Christmas. Got a sweater but received a small boys t shirt instead! Tried to return but did not refund the shipping I paid even though I received the wrong item!! Will not be doing any shipping online from this store!!!

It's not just this Koh's - it's all of them - their customer service has tanked...hate shopping there now for fear of having to exchange or return ANYTHING. Kohl's had mastered changing their product out at just the right intervals to keep people from being able to do even exchanges (because the new items are always a slightly different price, for example, a shirt that cost $40.00 one day will cost $38 or $42 for a similar style and line just two weeks later so no exchange is possible). Shame on them and their shady business practices.

Kohl's is a great place for top brand name and reasonable prices. Friendly associations in each area of the store; as well as Kohl's dollars. You can beat that.
