This Kohls is always organized and I am able to easily shop when coming in. They also have the ability to take Amazon returns inside the store which is really handy. I have dealt with customer service in this store and have had no issues. The employees are all nice and friendly.

I should disclose that I'm not usually a shopper at Kohl's. I ended up at this location in the Northland because my sister in law accidentally placed an order for in store pickup not realizing it, and since I had some business in this part of town, it was easy enough to stop in and run this quick errand for her. Also, I was kind of excited because I hadn't been to a Kohl's since probably 2006 and wondered if I'd been missing out on something. When I walked in the doors, I was overwhelmed with a sense of nostalgia, as I felt almost as if I'd traveled back in time. I'm sure someone else who maybe hasn't gone to a Target or a Mall, or any big box store in several years would feel the same way there, but I hadn't been to a Kohl's in over ten years and it honestly felt like nothing had changed. It was like I entered the store as a 35 year old woman and upon opening the doors I was once again a kid shopping with my mom in the early aughts. Everything from the layout, to the items for sale, to the smell of the store, just hit me like I was 16. After acclimating to my environment I was on my way to find customer service (as the email told me to do). I kept following signs and I will say, for someone that isn't familiar with Kohl's it was pretty hidden way in the back. One person working saw me looking confused and helped me find it. Once I got there I explained my situation and the woman at the cashier said she'd have to go to their other storage area to get this particular item and then started walking. Not knowing what to do (again Kohl's newbie here), I followed here. About 3 minutes into our walk to the other side of the store she sighed and said "you don't need to follow me, why don't you shop and look at something here - I'll be back" in a kind of curt voice. I was a bit taken aback, as honestly she had given me no direction, and how was I supposed to know what to do? At any rate I stopped following her and took in the toy section while I waited. She returned a few minutes later with my sister in law's item, and I was on my way. Overall, I got the impression that Kohl's had some good bargains, and a huge variety of items to shop. I think I might bump this location up to four stars if the employee working the customer service area hadn't been so weird/rude to me.

Went there during a sale and had some coupons I got in the mail. Found an item and got in line . The line to check out went almost to back of store. However I was only in line ten minutes. They had a man helping customers check out. He helped.me and I was out of there in less than five minutes at cah register. Also the coupon I had actually applied. Also when looked up the cashier can tell you if u have any and it can be applied. My item ended up being over 80 percent off. Kohls does a good job making it easy to use coupons . Also I have had a cashier offer me a coupon if I didn't have it. The clothes I have bought there are good quality and a better price than other stores. It actually helps to have their credit card because of rewards points and coupons you get. A great place!

Very clean store. I found the shirt in my size, B&T, that I wanted Super friendly clerk at checkout. Very pleased with the result. Left with a smile on my face. Made my wife happy too.

Great values and employees were really friendly and helpful. Sales associate helped me with coupons and setting up to get offers from Kohl's. Merchandise was reasonable and top quality. I will definitely be a return customer.

Just came in to return an item and to pick up a huge amount of Strivectin from Sephora. The person who took my return was much less than pleasant. I'm not sure customer service is where she should be working? I even tried to joke with her a little bit but she wasn't having it. My return was still in a box and I had the receipt. There was no reason to be grumpy about it.Onto Sephora... I spent a good 10 minutes wandering around and looking for Strivectin, while nobody even acknowledged my presence. There were two ladies talking to each other behind the counter, but neither of them even looked in my direction. I even have product in my hand, but they were too busy talking to each other to notice. I will get my Strivectin elsewhere! It would have been at least a $500 sale for one of them!!Finally, the reason I gave two stars is that the lady who took my Amazon returns was pleasant.Kohl's, this is just the beginning of the busiest season of the year. After having been in retail for almost 40 years, I can assure you that I understand what it is to have ungrateful and mean customers. That works both ways! As a customer who tries very hard to be kind, accommodating, and even sympathetic to retail employees, I expect enough respect to be acknowledged and treated like a human being.
