THE WORST EXPERIENCE I CAN'T GO THERE, IT'S THE FIRST TIME I GO AND THEY TREAT ME HORRIBLE, I FEEL DESCRIBED!
At the time of paying, the cashier was rude to me, I said hello, I don't speak English, his response was (I don't mind), I stayed silent and put my purchases on the counter and when he
I was counting, I see that there is a separate set of organizers in a closed bag, I ask you, is it because of Ceparado? Even though the packaging is marked? He tells me -yes,
I answer, So I don't want it,
Please .
He looks at me horribly,
That's when my 2-year-old daughter picked up a Makeup toy set,
And the toy was steel, the cashier opened it
And he starts counting by piece, and I tell him but why if it's sealed,
He doesn't answer me, he takes the VAT with the cashier, well the cashier, old lady, with an arrogant attitude, grabs my purchases and tells me get out of here that you are trying to steal.
Do I say excuse me?
I'm not stealing anything. Talking!
He tells me: Yes, you are putting things in the bags. I answer him, I have never done that, you can check your cameras, it is a toy, it is sealed. He opened it at this moment,
He answers, I don't care if you get out of here, I'm not going to sell you anything because you're stealing.
And if you don't leave, I'm going to talk to the police.
I was shocked!
Because I never expected that treatment.
At no time did I steal anything.
I didn't even put anything in other bags because everything was sealed, where the hell am I going to get adhesive tape to seal it!
For God's sake,
It was a horrible, shameful, and unfair moment,
Because I am not a criminal, for that treatment, I will not go there again, I do not recommend it. I have no need to go through those types of situations,
They call me a thief.
There is no justification for their poor treatment of the customer... no, I do not recommend it and I am not the only person for
What I see in the opinions that have happened to them! He has no education or respect.

Do not trust descriptions on auction items.
Take everything out while you're there. Set it up. Put it together. Spend hours there doing it before you take it home. Otherwise you're SOL. Even if they give you a 7 day grace period, open it there.
We got roomba that was listed as "New" and quickly inspected the box and scanned the contents to confirm the contents. But after we got it home and fully out of the packaging and set up, it became evident that it had very much been used.
No partial refund was offered. Our options were to return it or keep it. Other Retail Rebel locations would offer a partial refund for these types of issues. Not this one. Which is frustrating when my bid amount was on the assumption the item was actually new/unused.
Very disappointed and will not be shopping there in the future.

Mixed results. I've never been to a bin store that was so...well..."bad-side-of-town" culture. Most of that isn't the store's fault, just the customers. If you go, always keep checking your cart. More than once we've caught employees removing items from our cart & putting them away when we were nearly an arms-length away. Kind of creepy. Keep your wallet in your front-pocket, but you can get some good deals....if the electricity doesn't go out & you have to leave an hour's worth of shopping.

Disappointing new pricing.
Raised bin pricing, and warehouse pricing isn’t as good like it used to be. Out of all their store branches, they raised prices to make even more revenue? Hard to actually find good “treasures” and deals. Also, the electronics aisle on the warehouse side is gone, products are most likely used for auction items that they’re pushing now.

Retail Rebel: A Shadow of Its Former Self
Retail Rebel in Kansas City has undergone a significant transformation. Once a treasure trove for bargain hunters, the store has morphed into something quite different.
The "digging" side, where customers used to unearth hidden gems, now offers a curated selection lacking the thrill of the hunt. High-value items seem to have vanished into the retail section, where prices have skyrocketed.
The retail side, once a haven for electronics, is now severely depleted. The store's focus has shifted towards more expensive items, which are sold at steep markups without any warranty. While it's possible to find good deals, the risk of purchasing a defective product is very high.
Gone are the days of discovering unexpected bargains. Retail Rebel's new model prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Buyer beware.

Went in today senior lady that was a cashier opened packaged items and wanted to sell them separately. When i refused to purchase those items she said it was store policy that i had to take everything I had brought to the register. That I had to take all the items or nothing. Need to train people better in customer services and fire rude employees. If she doesn’t like working there or with customers then she should find a job outside of the customer services industry.

Terrible experience with customer service, the cashier who dresses as a cat (just to be identified) is terrible, she treats you as if you were stealing from her. She answers you in a bad way and really makes you feel super uncomfortable when she is at the cash register.

I have to agree on some of these reviews. So I was disappointed that they changed the liberty location so I decided to make a 40 minute drive to check out the bins in KCK. They had a lot of good things so I was excited and spent a few hours digging for things. I go to check out and the lines were off the charts. You had all the cashier's litterly opening EVERYTHING like you was was trying to steal something. As I got closer to the register my anxiety was off the charts just by seeing how they treated the lady in front of me. Things that was together and labeled on the bag got separated. I bought 2 sun hats with a few other stuff as i I paid for my stuff I got I go and walk over to bag it. By this time I'm a nervous wreck just by how I felt and was treated when I explained that the it's with one shouldn't be separated when it clealerly was sealed and in the same bad. So I finally make it to my car and start back on my 40 minute drive. I get back home and guess what? I was missing the 2 hats that I bought that they never handed me back and didn't realize it till I got home. I was afraid to go back or call about it cause the way I and others was treated when I was there. I figured that they would just tell me I was lying about it. Smh When I say they was rude about checking out would be an undstatment. I'll give it one more try and see from there. After that the one on left is Belton.

I have shop there multiple time with my husband. The items being not worth it wasn’t our main concern. We went there time to time for fun and see if we can find any useful tools. Today we made a visit there, as usual we find some items including a package of conditioner and the cap for it within the same package. At the check out, there was this white dude helping us out. He started asking if we had put the plastic cap in the package. I told him if they come separate we don’t want it. He keeps asking the same thing, making us feels like thief. Mind you this place is full of thief’s. I kindly told this guy we don’t want it and it shouldn’t be a problem. And he seem like he have problem with it. For this reason, we would not be going there again. The assumption is not worth of the item. Please hire decent and respectful employees!

Be careful when you pay by card they decline it and then the charge appears in your bank and then when you make the claim they do not return the money I had to go to my bank to file the dispute
