I had a appointment scheduled at 12:00pm for March 14th 2024 and the door was locked, i waited for 15 extra minutes and even called and couldnt get in touch with anyone. Really terrible service

i've been comin' here for the past few years.. no problems until last year when i received a letter from the IRS statin' i owe them more money.. just yesterday i received another letter statin' the same.. that's two years in a row now.. did my tax preparer punch in the wrong information?? most likely.. i won't be returnin' to H&R..

Vonda was an amazing tax pro, she was very attentive to any questions I had. In addition to that she was friendly, well mannered and welcoming! I I most definitely would recommend!

Horrible service from Yandira Virginia Munoz Caballero, she maid me go twice to this place and cancelled the first appointment because of some emergency which I said ok its fine, but then I go back when they told me and says I have no time right now u have to come back,so I get annoyed at this point, she sees this and tells me " u don't have to do them with me u could go to a different office, when she already made me come twice at this point. My opinion don't waist time with her, but everyone else was super nice.
