I would recommend improving the shopping experience for men. After heading up two flights of stairs to the men’s section and a considerable time later, I finally had a few things to try on. Headed to the fitting room - and joined the queue with two other guys. Fitting room had a temporary barrier put up, and no employees in sight. After waiting ten minutes with again no assistance from any employees, we decided to bail. Left the clothes and the store behind. Weirdest shopping experience ever.

i once sat in dog shot at a public park while on vacation. being on a budget but fashion forward i found an h a m. sweating and in a state of panic, when i had to walk down the block, but hallelujah! what a mecca to answer my prayers. thanks be to H a M's glory! yes!!! i had a new pair of pants!!! (or so i thought) so cofortable and suitable for a night of fine dining. they would have fit perfectly on me... but my soaking wet anxiety state and proclamation of how a dog duffed on my other pants, well... they politely escorted me out. i did sign up for a credit card, while sitting in my worn old dog shot pants on the curb. i still went to the dinner party. they dont reach out much anymore. thanks h and m. will shop again soon.

We were lucky enough to find a perfect parking spot up close by the entrance and exit of the parking garage, located right next to the store.

I had a weird experience at this H&M. I was unable to purchase a pair of jeans that I really wanted because there was a stop order on them. Ok, no big deal. I understand that rules are rules and you can't blame an employee for a company policy. The only thing was... the kid was kind of rude about it and he couldn't explain what the stop order meant. The item was out on the floor, not on display or anything. Again, I don't fault him for not selling an item he couldn't sell but he was not friendly at all. Kind of bummer. Between that and it taking over a month to receive an online order at the corporate level, I think I'm pretty much done with H&M. It feels like they don't value my time.

EXTREMELY inaccessible. Was stared and gawked at by employees. The spaces were all very tight and it was a disorganized mess with clothes on the floor.

As far as H&M's go, this one is tidy, but has very basic and boring collections. It must be what H&M thinks about KC.

Horrible experience!!! The workers are unprofessional and destructive. As I was checking out one of the workers had an attitude and she threw my stuff in the bag with no caution. I will never come back again, and I hope the manager reconsider hiring.

This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.
