Hotel room perfect, check in spot on.But check out horrible. Front desk person horrible .if your attitude is Very Nasty don't show up to work...She cares more about her eye lashes, and cellphone. Not a good look for Hilton. She needs to be replaced to another department like security...

Staff is friendly, parking was easy and convenient. Room seemed clean overall, until you pull out bed sheets and realize there isn’t any mattress cover. Mattress covers are a standard for major hotel brands and as a Diamond Hilton member I could t believe this one had none. No bed bugs which was a good sign but still no excuse for not having mattress covers. It’s simple hygiene. Bed sheets were clean but blankets had chocolate and other stains. I was very disgusted to stay here and won’t choose this hotel on my future KC stays until they hopefully improve their bed cleaning practices and do add mattress covers.

Would not recommend. Rooms are far from a Hilton experience. Staff was very nice, but would not stay here again. Area seems very vacant, thin walls, boxsprings on both mattresses creak with slightest movement. If you do stay park in the covered parking in the back and as close to other vehicles on ground floor.

Stayed here for jury duty. Located basically across the street, it was very convenient. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Corwin and Dillon at the front desk were great. Freddie the FOM was knowledgeable.

I have stayed at this hotel, at least half a dozen times and always appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the easy parking. I’m in diamond member and in a Hilton property on average 3 to 4 nights a week. I always pull back the covers to make sure the sheets have been changed no matter where I go. Today I checked into this hotel, pulled the sheets back and noticed there was no mattress protector between the sheet and the mattress. Furthermore, you could see all the stains on the mattress because of this. There were urine, stains, sweat, stains, and what looks like a big blood stain. I called the front desk and they put me in another room. This one had a mattress protector on it but I pulled that back and this mattress is also covered in stains. I am thoroughly disgusted because there’s no reason for this. If mattress protectors were used regularly, none of the mattresses would have stains on them. Now that I know this hotel is run this way. I’m probably not going to come back unless I find out they’ve purchased all new mattresses and implemented, a mattress protection policy on all of the mattresses. Every time the bed is changed. There’s no excuse for this. There is also dust and hair all over the air conditioning units in both rooms.

Overall, my experience was great. The location was a quick Uber from the Charles Wheeler Downtown Airport. Walking in, I was greeted and helped immediately. The front desk seemed to be having some issue with their system, but they did an awesome job and I wasn’t impacted in the slightest. The room was as expected, except maybe a little dim (but it wasn’t terrible). The bathroom was nice and had a good-sized shower.Rooms: The room was a good size with a good layout. The only real complaint I had was that it felt a little dim even with all the lights on in the room, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The bed was soft. The chair was comfortable. The TV was huge.

Before you finalize any booking, take a moment to visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ It turned my almost-expensive trip into a budget-friendly escape. This place is in a great location. There is a small grocery store with plenty of good stuff right across the street. There is a McDonald's within walking distance, if you don't want to pay the in-house restaurant prices.

Well let's start by saying you need to find a different place to stay. Tried to check in and they had that horribly screwed up. Assistant GM did not want to help. Told us to call Hilton Rewards to figure it out. Then after 30 minutes we got it fixed. 1 room on floor 2 and the other rom on floor 4. Apparently someone has let their dog crap all over the place because the 4th floor smells like a dog kennel. On top of that the keys would not work not once not twice but 3 times. So after my 3rd trip back to the desk, they put us on the 2nd floor as well. The room is not worth the money. The AC took over 10 minutes to kick on. The tv remote is broken, the ice machine on the floor is broken. This is just the first night. Run away as fast as you can!!!!

The location is nice. Not much around but there is a grocery store across the street if needed. It’s a quick 6-10 minute drive to downtown Kansas City. Free parking garage behind the hotel with only a few covered spots. The rest are uncovered. The path from the hotel to the parking garage is also uncovered. The breakfast is $8. They also have a small selection all day to purchase snacks and drinks by the front desk. The rooms are decent but my junior suite had ten different lamps to turn on for lighting. The office chair was found in the bathroom at check in I assume the staff forgot after vacuuming which is why it’s there in the photo. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

I was driving across the country to spend my moms final days with her and I decided to stay at a nicer hotel so I wouldn’t have any issues. However, upon arrival I was told that the Hilton doesn’t believe in emotional support animals. Which I was not thrilled about but accepted it because I was so tired from driving 10 hours that day. When I laid in the bed it was so noisy I thought I broke it. When I tired to turn the ac on in the middle of the night it made the loudest noise I had to turn it off and not use it. I was worried id wake up the other guests in the hotel it was that loud. Lastly, I didn’t even have a towel to dry off with after my shower.Oh yeah, and the bathroom trash can was sitting on the counter top! Like come on, I sit my toothbrush on this countertop. Can the housekeeping staff at least remember to put the trash on the floor and sanitize the countertop because I know they don’t sanitize the trash cans.I’m just really off put with my stay. I expected more after paying $328 for myself and my pet.

We came from out of town just for them to give our room away. We asked why they said reward members pretty much can take what they want. But how you gonna give away something that's already booked? I do not recommend this hotel please go anywhere else and please have your receipt. Also they downgraded our room to one King size bed and it's three of us. Smh

Stayed here for a business trip for 5 days. Rooms are designed in mid century modern if you like that. Staff did provide a good list of recommendations for local restaurants. They do charge $10 for breakfast and it's the same options as continental breakfast. After 4 days of my room not being serviced I had to request it. It's located in a bad part of town according to one of my local coworkers.
