If I could I'd give a 0. This store isn't what it used to be like before. What happened with following Goodwills mission?? Angela be acting like if she's the owner but she's just a employee... Just wants to be harassing and telling other employees to stalk customers... There needs to be a drastic management change before this store goes out of business....

Goodwill has a variety of items to purchase at decent prices. You have to be careful though and look carefully at what you're buying. The store was kind of cluttered.

Shoutout to Meghan V! SuperB customer service skills very helpful when I couldn’t find something she was quick to lead me in the right direction. Thank you so much Meghan I will definitely tell my friends and family who shop at red racks to go to goodwill from now on!!! 10 out of 10!!

My friend and I decided to have a fun day shopping and looking at thrift stores. This was our first stop, and it completely ruined our moods. Meghan V was our cashier. She treated us and everyone in line in front of us horribly. I have never met someone so entitled and racist in my life.

Angela B - Had you not grabbed the tested curling iron out of my hand (pretty dumb on your part) you wouldn’t have experienced the “warmth” of it (it was not even close to hot) Your service was unacceptable. Good thing you don’t serve warm food, or carry mail in the heat. I’d hate for you be uncomfortable in any way.

Found a couple of good new books here yesterday for $1.99 each. All was well till checkout. I unknowingly stood by a closed checkout. The cashier picked up the sign and slammed it down in front of me. Then said she could help me at next register. I found that unnecessarily rude.

I found a Gucci purse with no price tag on the shelf today. I went to customer service to see if I could get a price on it. No one was there. I saw a young lady fast walking by me and asked if she worked there since I couldn't see her vest due to the large sweater she had on and waist long hair covering everything. Her response 'I have a vest on don't I?' as she kept walking on by. I turned around to look at her and she decides to ask if I wanted something. I requested a price on the purse. She took the purse and went through the staff doors supposedly to check on it. She came back out and told me it wasn't for sale all the awhile never stopped walking. I found her rude. I won't be coming back to this store for a long time. I usually enjoy coming here to just look around for finds. I'll go elsewhere.

A homeless lady that is dying from leukemia, came before opening time. Somehow the doors were unlocked and the STORE MANAGER said we are closed. She told her story and added she was catching the bus somewhere and peed her pants and needed a change of clothes. The manager turned her away and said we can't help we are closed. I thought that's what this organization is for???? People genuinely in need, it's all about profit. Help the people that need it. The people who donate to your business would be dumbfounded by your response and lack of empathy. Don't know the manager name, he is SHORT, FAT, and has a big beard. Step your game up Sir and stop thinking about your bonus.

Tried to drop off a nice dresser with a drop down desk drawer and they refused. Just missing handles. However when you walk inside the clothes are dirty and worn, yet way overpriced. This by far is the best THRIFT shop in Kansas City they are not over pricing their inventory and won't brake the bank when shopping here I'm glad to have come across this wonderful place thank you for keeping your prices down and being a real thrift store
