Pre-ordered a game was was told after 48 hours from release they could cancel it and sell to someone else if they want. Picked up game at a different location and am now being told I have to go in to cancel it?! So you can cancel because I don't show in 48 hours, but you can also sit on a game for a month because I don't come in? Manager wouldn't even get on the phone. Avoid this location - or GameStop as a whole - they won't be around long anyways.

Whelp guess I'm going to vintage stock, since they won't answer their phone for me to price things and check availability. Gamestop just gets worse by the year.

Tried to sell a game system and offered $31. He said the reason prices are so low is the have to make a profit off the games. He has the worst customer service around. I would have rather talked to a rock. He must be the dumbest person on earth. There are gulable people out there and I am not one of them. I know he was screwing me in the store. Beware. Beware. Beware. Ripoff prices

Pretty good place to purchase new or used games, consoles and accessories for your systems. Pretty good prices and selection, usually knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I had a bad time with my son since the guy was racist, he never greeted us, he never asked us what we needed, he ignored us completely and I had no choice but to leave and go to Walmart since they counted. With games similar to this place, unfortunately it is only the staff that provides more service

whats not to love about video games and Collectibles i have been going to gamestop for Decades before it was called gamestop and will be a lifelong customer i would highly recommend to anyone who love games and gaming.
