It's disheartening to share that during my visit to the store, the sales assistants' behavior was unacceptable. Despite their warm welcome to others, they completely ignored me due to the color of my skin, which felt extremely discriminatory. Their lack of attention when I needed assistance, the delayed access to the fitting room, and the unenthusiastic guidance from one of the associates made this shopping experience shocking and uncomfortable. This kind of treatment has no place in any establishment.

Poor customer service, you have all these young girls who don't even know how to use the register or do any math for that matter. The manager on duty was rude and condescending, she doesn't put the proper signs on the merchandise and than goes into a hissy fit because she has to get the return done. Won't be visiting This store anytime soon.

I loved this place. The Lady with the blond hair closing tonight was amazing. She was so kind and helped us with our needs. I wish I had more time to shop but she signed me up for a rewards system. My daughter will be dragging me back….. Thanks again and this was the best shopping in a long time.

The worst shopping experience of my life. Everyone was kind, but it was definitely not worth the hassle. I got a cardigan November 30, and went to exchange it since it had a huge hole in it, only to be told they didn’t have that size but a store across town did and they’d hold it for me. When I got to the other store they had just sold it since it was never on hold. The lady ordered it December 2 and said it wouldn’t be more than two weeks. I checked in both stores a couple weeks after it was supposed to be there and nothing, they only said “look for the email” which I never got. I finally called and asked them to check if something was wrong to discover that I was charged for it, but the order was never processed. So they said it was processed and on the way now and I should see an email, and again there was no email. I called and asked about the order two weeks later to find out they still didn’t have it, and they were out of stock so it was never going to come. I wish someone had told me that a month ago when I asked if I could just have my money back and be done with it. So it’s January now and still no cardigan and supposedly they’re going to refund me. ? Everyone was nice and doing their best to help me, but their system has some major issues.

Love the sales Francesca's has and at this store they had buy 1 sale item get one for $1. Sweet! The low rating is for the customer service. I'm beginning to think if people in Kansas lack any customer service here. No greeting upon entering. The 2 workers just ignored us for the most part. I feel like they make it feel like as if you are an inconvience to them when you do need their help. I wanted one of their sale sandals and could not find the box to the display. It was a super cute brown one that I thought would be perfect for my beach vacation this weekend. I couldn't purchase it as they couldn't locate the other sandal anywhere. Why have it displayed if you dont have it? They looked online and couldn't find it and said it was available in black did I want it? Well no and ordering it wont get it to me today. It's just interesting to display something without the matching other sandal to complete it. Just go for awesome sales but dont expect any great customer service.

I love Francesca’s clothing and other products. However, buyer beware during BOGO 50% sales. Make sure you have them ring up every 2 items separately. Otherwise, if you purchase more items than that, only the cheapest are half price. For example, you could buy two $50 items and two $5 items, and only save $5 (half off each $5 item). By ringing them separately, you would save $27.50. I inquired with Customer Service and was basically just told “Sorry, that’s how it is.” If it wasn’t such a hassle, I would return the items and have them ring them up again separately.
