I went to Family Dollar twice this week and I don't know if they're under new management or what. But I actually had a pleasant experience with them both times. The other day, I was having a problem locating something in the store, and when I asked one of the stockers where the item was located, he immediately stopped what he was doing and took me directly to it. He didn't just tell me what aisle I could find it in, but actually stopped what he was doing! When I went there today, I received a pleasant greeting when I came in, the cashier was very pleasant when I was checking out. Normally they all have an attitude of "I don't give a damn". Thanks Family Dollar for stepping up your game in customer service! It's truly appreciated! You get 5 stars from me!

Most important to me: the store is clean. Two: the staff polite. Two employees offered to help me. Three: well stocked & organized.

Been a dirty place for years, shelves always half empty with carts in every aisle...the biggest problem is they are NEVER open consistent with the posted hours. Like today, friday at 1130 a.m. locked up. Wish I could get a job that I show up at whenever I feel like and barely do anything and be able to keep getting paid. I hope they close this location soon, is a shame they care so little for the community and the money people spend there

On the price tag the price is 2 dollars, at the checkout it’s 5, they refused to sell me at the price tag even though the name matches, it’s not my fault!!!

Ghetto workers never wanna work their full 8Hour shift. They closed 10 minutes till 9 everyday this week since I started keeping notes. Wouldn't go to very slow service.

Stopped by tonight at 9:15. Door was locked. Two employees behind counter. Told me they were closed, sign on door says 10pm. I pulled out my phone and showed them google said they are open til 10. Male employee sighed and opened the door and said " we already counted our drawer" I told him I'd have cash and make exact change. The female manager said " make it quick". I will be back tomorrow with my girl and we'll see how she talks to her.
