This is literally the WORST FAMILY DOLLAR. They are ALWAYS closed during business hours and never open when you need them to be. Please go to Shawnee or the one near Troost because this location is absolutely horrible with inconveniencing their customers.

No wonder this store is so bad.
No one shows up to open the freaking store. The hours used to be open at 8:00 am. They took the store hours sign down and now they open when they freaking feel like it.
Don't say you can't find good help. There have been 3 managers in 4 months. One of which gave more than she should have.
I'd start with the area manager not the store managers.

I came in to buy a few items and basically the manager was rude in a way that was offensive to me personally. Instead of taking the employee to the side he was belitting her and bullying her as well. I don't care for that type of behavior and that man needs to have he's job taken or have some type of disciplined attentions need to be put in place.

One of the two female employees behind the counter at the cash register were verbally harassing female customers upon walking into the store and passing by them and the cash registers. Good in a pinch, but this Family Dollar is in a constant state of disarray. They have a handwritten sign on the door that states the price on the shelves may be inaccurate, and the products are the price shown at the register. I tried to visit the store on May 10th at 8:10 am, which opens at 8 am, but the store had not unlocked its doors and didn't answer the phone.
