All I can say, this experience has been terrible! Estes has had my shipment for over 24hrs and still cannot locate it! I have called multiple times, emailed and checked their website tracking……it’s magically disappeared! This is the 21st century and Estes is just waking up in 1980 something! I will definitely ask a lot of questions the next time I purchase something and trust any trucking company!!!! Consumers beware!!!

It's about time you review out ound cameras for safety and start docking pay for those who drive in the left lane when 3 lanes are present. This is illegal and makes such a mess in rush hour.

Absolutely awful! If you want whatever you ordered totally destroyed us this company! If you want customer service to get cute with you and be a smart a** use this company! I had to reorder my counter tops twice and both times the were trashed! Not to mention the second time it just sat in their warehouse for a month! Even the driver said it’s the worst company when it comes to how they treat freight

2 days after my shipment was suppose to arrive with no update or phone call, I decided to call myself. Customer Service was rude. They said they would do a dock search and call me back but never did. Shipment is still missing and I just keep getting the runaround. I'm now out a $10k shipment and lost revenue due to this product not being on my shelves.
