My car was being repaired at the collision shop it's attached to so the body shop manager had me sold to get it here. The car has stains on seats I sponged clean and the towel was brown. The dangerous part is the windows. The manager told me they use a multi surface cleaner that creates this thick cloudy film on the windows. I could not see out of them. It also has a gasoline smell when you open it up. I suggest they tell corporate to give them window cleaner. I was told that I basically had to high of standards from the manager. I wish I could show the pics of the windows on the review. It's obvious they don't care.

I had the best car rental experience ever at this location. I have rented quite a few cars using Enterprise as well as other car rental companies and the service I received at this location was much more superior than I have ever received at any other location. Everyone was extremely helpful making sure to answer all my questions thoroughly. They were pleasant and made me feel as if my business was important to them. I have never felt this at any car rental company. This was a first for me! From my first telephone conversation with the staff person who assisted me with my initial reservation to picking up my car where I was met at the counter by an extremely friendly and very personable Meka Edwin, everything went smoothly. I want to recognize the employees at this location, and I hope I remember all of you because you all deserve kudos for the job you do - I already mentioned Meka, but I also want to mention Dante H., Corey A., and Christian T. If I missed anyone, I'm sorry :) You all are an asset to Enterprise and I truly hope they value what you do for their company. You all make them look great!!! Happy Holidays!

The whole staff was helpful but the Meka Edwin is top-tier! In and out in 10mins, as long as you have your ID and card ready to go u will be good.I will be renting again ?

I was a loyal Enterprise Rental Car customer for over 20 years until my latest experience at 9400 Troost Kansas City Mo. location. I had made a reservation a week prior, called the morning of to confirm the reservation, and they told me they had the SUV according to my reservation. When I arrived, there was a long line, so when it was my turn and was checked in by the manager, Meka Edwin I once again asked if they had a car for me- & I was told they did. After waiting another 30 minutes I asked again and then was told they did not have any cars at the lot as they were waiting for cars to be returned. Meka the branch manager became very dismissive and rude. I explained to her that I had an Important dr appt that I needed to get to; she refused to give me a ballpark figure of when I would get a car. I requested to speak with a manager and she informed me she was the manager and then I asked to speak with the manager above her and she refused to give me a name and gave me a business card with half of email address on it and was told there was no number to call. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I had no choice but to get my car out of the shop and stop the repairs being done so I could get to my dr appt. I eventually spoke to the district manager(called a different location & they were happy to provide Meka's manager's name & number) who informed me that Meka had lied and told her a completely different story - that they had a car for me and that I was trying to cut in line. I'm completely disappointed in this customer service, and I expect that there will be many more complaints like this as Meka Edwin has only been the manager there for two weeks. Meka's manager, Rachel was kind and did her best to mend the situation- that was much appreciated.

Told police I stole the car after I told them I get off and 4pm and might be late. Also front desk is very rude & Treat Certain Races/ethnicity’s differently I would not recommend this one at all use the one off Metcalf or shawneee mission park way

This is the second Enterprise location that we reserved a car online and were then called to say they actually don’t have cars available. We had already booked an Uber and were on the way to that location - we even called in advance and they assured us they had cars available. I got into an accident yesterday and my car got totaled, and so far Enterprise has done nothing but make this situation more stressful. Why have cars listed as available on your website if you don’t actually have any cars??

I’ve used enterprise for a long time now and they are usually pretty good but this location is horrible, they falsely reported the vehicle stolen and I received a call from kcpd. They lied about the charges and told me I was into my deposit they told me I already used it and tried charging me 226. And one way fee I’ve never heard of this ever.

Was called out of my name and they wanted the car back after 2 weeks after I had already paid up for 3 weeks and was in Colorado!

Kaylie was very helpful, resourceful, and efficient. She juggled multiple customers and helped me navigate my insurance company's processes for my (delayed) car rental authorization. I appreciate that Enterprise offers free transportation for pick up/drop off, as my insurance company's preferred collision center was not the one adjacent to this Enterprise location. Very nice drivers.

I came to pickup my vehicle close to closing time. There were a handful of ppl in the waiting room, calls coming in, and all 4 people working were hustling to help everyone, working so efficiently. They were all so kind and friendly to the customers, but also worked so great with each other. All of them were amazing - thank you Kaley, Pete, Paul and Cameron!

I hate to post a negative review as I know it is hard to run a business, however:: Smelly car and poor customer service. I had to get a rental car after someone hit me and I will remember to never Rent-A-Car through this location again. I wasn’t given much option as to what to rent and I was taken to the one they were offering me. It wasn’t even cleaned yet, so they had to send it through the cleaning process while I waited. Regardless of an additional clean, The car had such a strong smell of cologne, mixed with cigarette smoke that I could barely drive it for the first day and had to air it out. I am really sensitive to smells and it made me sick to drive this car! When I called to discuss options for a different car, I was told that they couldn’t promise that they could give me another car but they would “try” if I came at 5 pm and only 5 pm that day. Well I had to work at that time and I didn’t get any reassurance that another car wouldn’t smell the same way. In addition, the woman I spoke to didn’t seem interested in trying to give me a positive experience and seemed pretty frustrated with me. Also, the car was beat up pretty bad and overall the worst rental car (as far as quality) I’ve ever received.

Took good care of my son who was n an accident! No problem there but you have to have a charge card not a card from tour jib they give you! I wouldn't want to see u upset like we did! All I was saying what are u serious but with a low tone..lol cause I never heard of such a thing! SO PLZ HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT..DEBIT CARD TOO!
