Family was in town visiting and I needed to rent a car, Malory Bridwell was very helpful throughout the process, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable in her job. I was very happy with how smooth she made the process and was able to get me an upgrade on my rental. I definitely recommend Enterprise on 35th and Main, also Jerry was very friendly, great staff overall!

This is my favorite Enterprise location! Jerry, Fatima, and ALL of the staff are truly exceptional. Always a breeze when picking-up and dropping off a rental.

I have rented a car from this location a few times now, most recently within the last week. Customer service has always been excellent; the employees are courteous, helpful, and accommodating.

Very unorganized. They made way too many broken promises. I asked for economy but they have me a luxury which lead to insurance issues. Was hard to get them to fix it even though I tried a dozen different time! Alex the manager in training doesn't know what he is doing. Would recommend another locations.

I just rented a car for three days. I had points for 2 of the days. My total was 400 with the deposit. On Monday I went to take the car back. One of the hub caps has fallen off. I was told my deposit had to be kept and a claim filed. I decided to keep the car because I needed my deposit back or the car. I called and paid for the next day and so on for the next two days. During that time another hub cap feel off? I take the car back but I was three days behind. I assumed the security deposit would take care of the extra days. They didn’t have a night drop so I parked the car and left a voicemail. I drive by and the car hasn’t moved. I go in and I am told they are keeping my deposit and I owe another 300? This would be about 900 for a car I didn’t have for two weeks? I guess one of the days I was charged wrong for. I had a car for 4 months from enterprise and was never charged this much. Why would the liability not pay for 40 dollar hub caps. How is it my fault they feel off just from driving. 900 dollars is ridiculous. I am sure I am on the do not rent list for not paying another 300 on top of the 300 deposit and the other 300. Just not paying another 300 for a Mitsubishi Mirage and if the reservation team can’t add days correctly then do t have them answer the phone..

So sick of these racist workers! I Had a reservation for today at 10am. Called at 9am to get pick up services to the location. Only being 5 mins away. The worker who I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional! She denied me car services after I asked for a policy statement stating they did $300 deposits and asked how long they had been $300 because I never heard of $300 , maybe $200 she got rude after I asked that. She assumed I didn’t have the $300 to pay for my deposit, at first she was going to send a driver then said at this point we aren’t going to rent to you. She assumed a moved addresses because I have a different pick up location I asked for a supervisor and she hung up. She also asked did I have car insurance or was I going to use theirs, I said I have my own. She said okay we’ll need you to bring it in, I said ok…She then said they were at a point they weren’t going to rent to me for no reason after I asked why and she hung up after I asked for a supervisor and stated she was a manager. I called back asking for a supervisor, a Caucasian guy answered and was also very rude and denied me a car. Racist people at their finest. The worst location and I’ve been dealing with enterprise for years. Never again!

Let me tell you about the great service I had at this Enterprise...it was outstanding! And all thanks to Jerry Hanks and Meka Edwin, these two went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. I even accidentally left my wallet in the rental and Jerry was kind enough to drive all the way back to personally hand my missing wallet over to me. Thanks again guys!!!

This was my first time ever renting a car and I had an amazing experience with the staff at this location. Jerry was incredible and extremely efficient. I think it took me more time to park the rental (not saying he rushed, I am personally not great at parking) than it did for Jerry to inspect the car, issue my deposit back, and schedule a ride home for me. Elijah drove me home and he is amazing and a great driver. We had a pleasant conversation and I was home quickly. I will definitely be renting from this location in the future.

Tried to rent a vehicle (twice), both times they have called back reporting they will not have a vehicle for me. They do not even try or make the attempt to assist. Do not rent from them.
