set up a rental a month in advance. they said they would pick me up. day of reservation comes and not only do they not have my reservation, they tell me they couldnt pick me up anyway because im outside their 10 mile radius. checked and i live 10.15 miles away.

this review is in response to location on 103rd/stateline rd. i'm not impressed with their customer service. i had to rent a 7 day rental as my Acura was repaired from a hit & run. my insurance covered a 900 total rented price. first off i rented a ford xlt pickup,which was a $15 a day upgrade. still under my insurance allowed. first problem pickup tail gate was not installed properly. theres a metal flange covering latch attachment on the inside ,which a vinyl cover goes over top of the metal plate. 8 bolts were missing tailgate did not close properly,which i had to fix personally!! most important when i returned vehicle they chaged my card $156 for fees/taxes tried to blame me! even after my claims ins. agent called there office to tell them my insurance would cover this cost. they refused to reimbursed my card. not good!! their customer service is absolutely lousy!! don't go to this location they will manipulate you!!!!!!

2022 toyota camry, 4 cylinder automatic, good on gas, and it was cheaper to rent it than it is to own it, and pay property tax, and YES I WOULD RENT A VEHICLE FROM THEM AGAIN,

Came in from out of town and decided to rent last minute and Alex and Anthony were like the dynamic duo. We got a car quickly and for a fair price. The service was amazing. Highly recommend.

Huge waste of time and money. Agent was a complete a$$ and went off on me even though it was enterprises system that messed up. Promised to fix it for me and then never got a call back.

I was abused and discriminated against. Walking in with a reservation from 2 months earlier I was told they were refusing to provide me with a car and to go someplace else. No other help was offered. I believe because I am an older, white, male this occurred. I wasn't allowed to remain in the building. I was forced outside into the rain. They are terrible people. They literally stranded me in Kansas City with no way to return to my home.

This was the most unprofessional expirence I have ever had with enterprise. I made a reservation for 7:45 and waited until nearly 10am for a car to get dropped off. Long story short when I asked the employee why we were allowed to make reservations if they don’t “hold vehicles” I was told to be “respectful” then when I asked for my ID and credit card back I was chased out of the building by said employee demanding I be “respectful and professional” to her. Save your time, money, and sanity by going to liberty location.

Poor service. Kept getting the run around when my rental wasn’t ready. Went from 1 hour late to 3 hrs late to not getting anything at all. The suppose manager Salice took it personal when I said was getting a headache from all the stress she was causing and when I asked for a discount for all the inconvenience . I understand working alone. But if a car won’t be available it would be courteous to be told that and not being told 4 different stories as to why I can get a car. I will never ever rent or recommend a car there. If could give a negative star I would.

Worst service ever management. He needs to look at how they do rentals and reevaluate how they keep saw an inventory. This location has Reynolds on their books, but will not let them out because they want them going to the airport.

I rent with Enterprise regularly for business (Gold status) and have never had a more infuriating experience with Enterprise than what I experienced with this location. 24 hours before reservation called me with no apology saying they can't honor my reservation that I booked weeks ago, no apology, no remorse. 25 minutes on phone hold with this office and agent randomly put me on hold and forgot about me. Called back, asked to speak to manager, and manager again with no remorse or apology just said sorry and hung up on me. Now I'm without a vehicle last minute and have no resolution from Enterprise. I would avoid this specific location.

If I can give a 0 star. I will definitely give it to this company to the assistant manager. Celise Medina at 600 grand location. BEWARE OF YOUR 300$ DEPOSIT? If you use a credit card 300$ dep... debit 500 dep. Of course, we're gonna use the credit card. Because it's cheaper, and that's just to get us customers to use the credit card. So they can alter it the way they want it in their system to make it Look like you got your deposit back. But you don't get your deposit back. +$300 is what u should see not -$271 the price of what the car rental was. Not only she on drugs but she robbing use customers to build up her sales cheating her way to the top...
