Jackson and his team are great. I frequently needed to rent trucks for work on short notice, and all but once, they made it happen! My vehicles were always cleaned well too. Because I spent so much time there, I often heard these employees trying to accomodate other guests as well. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location.

My car rep was Jackson and he was very polite and helpful. I needed a car to rent for my bday trip and Jackson made it happen . Let me know if I needed anything or had any concerns or issues with the car to call and let him know . He made my day . Thank you Jackson I appreciate you !! They picked my car up from my job and I had no ride home. Someone took my keys over the weekend without my permission. I filed a police report as soon as I was aware of the incident; notified customer service as well. I did get the car back on a Sunday and notified them again I had the car. The manager called me Monday morning, picked up the vehicle and put me on the Do Not Rent List without even asking me the full story. When I was advised why I was put on the list, he stated, "failure to secure the keys". Very deceptive because this was not the case. This was one of the worst experiences I have had because he had no concern about, I was going to get home from work. His only response was, I can give you a ride home, I was like I am at work and cannot leave. Very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service. Twice now we've showed up for our rentals, on time with a scheduled appointment, and our cars were not available. Very disappointing.

Visited the location near the legends and was not disappointed. Their customer service was top notch.. was kindly greeted upon entry, asked if we were helped and thanked for our service upon exit. One of the best customer service experiences I've had.

This Enterprise has the best customer service had an issue on vacation and called this location as this is the one I rented from. Talked with Drake and he did the best he could being miles away as the enterprise in Loveland Colorado was not helpful at all. You can really tell Drake cares for the customer as that is very hard to find now a days. Came to return the rental and as soon as Drake remembered my name the first thing he asked was (Did you guys make it home safe) Drake really has a passion for customer service Thank you. Lyric also went above and beyond my expectations.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I received from your car rental company. My Statefarm agent booked a car rental from your company for me and was scheduled to be picked up at a specific time. However, the experience turned out to be disastrous.When the driver did not arrive at scheduled time, made a call to the rental I attempted to ask a couple of questions about the rental and why they was not here. Was told by Devonna I would need to call 30 minutes ahead. I informed him I did then i ask him about the policy, but before I could finish, he rudely told me to shut up or he wouldn't pick me up. Shocked by his behavior, I decided not to confront him and got in the car when it arrived late.At the time of rental, a certain amount was authorized on my credit card. However, after returning the car, I noticed that there was an additional amount that had been charged to my account without my consent. When I contacted your company's customer service, I was informed that the additional amount was charged for services I did not even use.When I requested the refund, the manager was very rude and unprofessional in his response, insisting that the company's policy allows them to charge for "additional services." Furthermore, he made me feel foolish for asking.Overall, I was shocked by how poorly I was treated by your company's staff. I expect better from a reputable car rental company like yours. I urge you to investigate the matter and take appropriate action against the staff members involved. If possible, I request a refund of the unauthorized amount that was charged to my account.
