The entire staff at this Dollar General store are thieves. He did a big scam on me, I lost $50.??? And on my request they did not do anything and my money was not returned and I felt very bad. It was amusing at first watching a grown man run around watching us like we were thieves but, I have had it with THE WORST MANAGER as he is very rude. Every time I go in he stalks my grandson and today my grandson didn't know that he couldn't try a certain brush to see if he liked it because he just a kid that doesn't know, and the Stalking Manager who is just mad at me because I made a complaint on him already due to his stalking wanted to come talk to my GRANDSON like he was a man! Well it certainly brought the worst out of me and he got a few choices word's from me that usually doesn't happen but when I seen that smug smile because after all his stalking us he finally found something to make a scene about. I've shopped there for more than 4 years and to be treated like that is unacceptable I'm sick and tired of him and his poor management skills he truly needs management/customerservice training. I definitely won't be spending my money there anymore!He should be cleaning up the store so people can walk through the isles as I about fell on my face trying to get to the deodorant and if he has an issue with a minor child he needs to speak with the adult he came in with. I see young kids down there playing in the make up and he does do or say anything to them. I believe he just he a issue with my grandson.Worst Manager I've ever dealt with he made sure he stood there to make sure I bought the brush (like I can't afford $4.50 + tax to pay for my grandson's error) or intimidate me because he wanted to feel special or just to boost his ego because I have reported him previously.Can wait till they go out of business due to his lack of management skills and the ability to chase off customers instead of treating them like customersIf he was truly a good manager he would have came up to me long before this issue today and voiced his concerns with me.

Lousy staff. Bought dog food was in putting my phone number and clerk changed screens before I was done so I could not use any of my coupons then she refused to back it out. This is the last time this store will see me. F off.

Ost of the time there is product on the floor waiting to be stocked, one male employee seems to really hate his job and has very poor customer service.

I had to give 1 star to the tall black man who is always happy and friendly and polite and helpful. As for the rest of the staff they all need to go! Talk about rude! I cant get down the aisles most of the time with all the freight carts blocking the way. But they are out of everything all the time. The manager is so rude I can see why the staff gets away with being rude. This review isnt based off one visit, this has been going on for a very long time. If youre a thief this is the store to go to. People walk right out the front door with merchandise and the cashier yells "by thief" as they leave. Its a shame i have to go elsewhere since I live so close by but I wont go back there.

Heavier set fella standing next to the door saying how many minutes until closing as soon as you walk in instead of helping the one cashier check out the long line of customers. Many more problems happen here but that’s the last straw for me

Mostly this Dollar general is the closest by where I live that did not had much that is mostly like with everywhere else that had things in the away in one of the isles that the person there probably did not know much about their selections.
