If i coul# give 0 i woulf had not even fully explained the issue and mind you as an ex cricket employee i know the issue can be fixed in store hr stated call customer care not trying tl help or amything worst cricket experience so far and my issue isnt even fixed smh

The guy who works there is so rude. Me and my neighbor walked in and waited for about a hour and he still would not help us, slow and rude and threatened to call the police when we did nothing wrong. He needs to be fired

One of the sales people really took advantage of one of my family members last week. Sold them a bunch of unnecessary stuff and when they got called out on it basically said "sorry I got to make my money." I would avoid this location for sure and probably cricket wireless in general if they employ salespeople like this.

Had issues receiving messages & it took about a hour for the employee to tell me I need a new phone. I called cust service & they were able to fix my problem in a few min.

I loved coming here and talking to the usual guy that’s there. Because he was always super helpful and knowledgeable and had the best interest in his customers. But the new people they have there have no interest whatsoever in helping customers or offer any solutions and do the bare minimum. I had much better help calling the customer service (*611). They got my problem resolved in literally less than 10 min.
