Unbelievable! My wife went in 10min b4 close (sorry but no choice) to make sure SIM card switched to a different phone for my daughter cus we are leaving in AM for a trip. Guy in store told my wife "I close in 5 min it will be fine" "it's still transferring data will work" My wife said OK and left but I KNEW u can no longer just switch sims without cricket doing it that's why I sent her that's what I was told last 2 times. So 5 min later he's long gone and the phones are both locked and says sim not supported! Now my daughter is without a phone for the trip. Thanks for Nothing Cricket
I went in the other day to switch our other 2 old iPhones with physical SIM cards to new iPhone 15's with e-sims 22$ to type a few things in the computer and switch No hardware involved since went to digital sims why so much?

Jessica T helped me set up everything on my new iPhone today and was totally awesome! I am a senior citizen and not very tech savvy but she helped me with every single thing and went above and beyond the call of duty! I just really wanted to put in a good word for her

If i coul# give 0 i woulf had not even fully explained the issue and mind you as an ex cricket employee i know the issue can be fixed in store hr stated call customer care not trying tl help or amything worst cricket experience so far and my issue isnt even fixed smh

The guy who works there is so rude. Me and my neighbor walked in and waited for about a hour and he still would not help us, slow and rude and threatened to call the police when we did nothing wrong. He needs to be fired

Small, clean store. Dion quickly and clearly explained what our options were and helped us get a new phone connected to an existing number. Dion went above and beyond to make sure everything was working as it should before we left!

One of the sales people really took advantage of one of my family members last week. Sold them a bunch of unnecessary stuff and when they got called out on it basically said "sorry I got to make my money." I would avoid this location for sure and probably cricket wireless in general if they employ salespeople like this.

Had issues receiving messages & it took about a hour for the employee to tell me I need a new phone. I called cust service & they were able to fix my problem in a few min.

I loved coming here and talking to the usual guy that’s there. Because he was always super helpful and knowledgeable and had the best interest in his customers. But the new people they have there have no interest whatsoever in helping customers or offer any solutions and do the bare minimum. I had much better help calling the customer service (*611). They got my problem resolved in literally less than 10 min.
