I work as a care taker and brought in one of my clients to see about getting a government free phone and service. Shavaya was our sales person and he was just so helpful with my client. He recognized someone in need and immediately showed he got the gravity of her need. He took it upon himself to help my client apply and qualify for the government phone and service. He set everything up for her and made her day. This man needs a raise and praise for being an outstanding employee. I almost came back and offered to recommend him for a job at my company as a care taker! He is truly a jewel!!

The entire experience was a nightmare. I went with a friend who just needed a cheap replacement and was in a hurry. The "manager" was beyond rude and had zero knowledge of the phones. His biggest concern was getting us out of the store so he could catch his bus. My friend was convinced that he was very intoxicated and chalked his behavior up to that. And the other employee was just sitting in a chair on his phone the entire time. The store was filthy as well. I would never do business with them and still wish I wouldn't have gone into that "store"
