Worst cricket ever!! My dad went In looking to buy a new phone and was told all the phones he asked about they didn’t have the lady stopped helping him completely and goes to help another customer even tho my dad was there first, he doesn’t know much about technology at all and asked the lady how could he back up his contacts onto a new phone (which he still hasn’t received yet because they were all out of all the cricket phones) and the lady replied “we don’t do that here”….? Never coming back to this cricket again, even if you don’t do that there you could have guided him on how to do it.Went around 12pm Saturday October 8th

This is by far the worst cricket store you can go to. Doesn't have any customer service at all. Have gone to the store several times to pay bill. Fix a screw up from the previous visit and the doors are locked and a sign in the window saying be back in 30 minutes wait over an hour still didn't show up. During store hours. Went to another location several miles away. And the people at that store say they hear all that about the metropolitan location all the time. So other stores know this is a poorly run store. Need to do something to fix it. Because you will Loose customers.

I went to this location to switch from metro pcs after being with them for 10 years and I was having a bad experience with Metro trying to turn on my new phone because my old one was broke. I walked in not in the greatest of moods (menopausal mood)There was a young lady named Daiva that assisted me and my daughter change everything over for me and my husband. Let me just say that with my slight temperament at this moment from leaving Metro PCs (2 doors down from Cricket )poor Daiva kind of received some frustration from me and she was handling everything amazingly. She made sure I got the best plans for me and my husband and she helped us with a discount program that saved us $30 a month. This girl works great under pressure and deserves a raise. Thank you again Daiva your customer service skills were outstanding.I recommend switching to Cricket if you are with Metro PCs I haven’t dropped a call since and it runs a lot faster

When I first got inside the store there was only one CSR working and she had customer it had to be 10 to 12 mins before she said anything to me. I was there to pay my mom's phone bill bc she's in the hospital. I asked the lady if I had to have some kind ID# she tells me my mom has to be there no matter what. So my mom can answer all the security questions. So I had to leave after waiting all that time.
