Inconsistent with their communication and policies about what is required to transfer to eSIM. I was in this store two weeks ago and told I needed the account holder’s PIN. Came in the frigid snowy weather with the PIN and told that I have to be added as a verified user. This could have easily been accomplished had I been told this initially. I wonder how the story will change next time. Please get your policies aligned and communicate clearly with customers.

My daughter had replaced the phone that she purchased a week ago. They did replace the phone service was good only took about 15 minutes.
