The lady at the register didn't know how needles work and couldn't answer questions about the prescription. We were being nice, but she was very annoyed with the interaction and tried to make us feel stupid or something. Very poor experience. ?

Usually Costco runs are an enjoyable experience. This one at self-check out, a staff ran up with her scanner and offered to help. I said "sure". Got to the door only to be told that "you missed something". She had not scanned the case of Diet Coke. I was sent to customer service who had staff chatting. "Carmen" took an extremely long time to ring up the Coke. Stopping about four times to talk with others. Then very dismissive after she rang it up.

Overall I was pretty pleased with my visit here as a new member. However, that all changed when I was publicly shamed by the woman preparing samples of a particular queso today (10.26.23). All I had done was reach for a sample and I was shouted at to "take one nearest me" after I had already picked up one on the edge of the tray. "Don't reach over theirs they don't reach over yours!" I had not reached over but took one off the side. This was in front of a warehouse full of people. I was humiliated and angry. It will be a last resort if ever I visit this location again.

The Costco in North Kansas City strives to ensure all their members needs are met. The bathrooms are clean the food court is awesome and the deli is especially fantastic. I love this store because the variety is excellent.

This Costco was organized as you would expect from Costco Warehouses. I found that their optical team was really nice, as they would replace my nose pads for free provided that my glasses are from Costco originally. I applied for their visa card here since they were giving out free cooler bags. They also had water bottles another time for applying for the visa card I believe. They also had a lot of samples available for a Monday (weekday) snack. Unfortunately, their price matching is only for 30-days, which is understandable as it is a Costco-wide policy.

The most helpful, friendliest staff in the city. Store is clean and well stocked. I drive past another location to shop at this one.

Seamed like this was to help cut down on trafic on the door.... Guess not. Still a l8ne. And when i walked up with my alreddy sin3d recepet thinking that the left side was left open for the ppl who had alreddy been checked and held up my resepet saying the other guy alreddy signed. - this man at the door was non too happy. May as well just go back to haveing 2 door ppl then if the blue and alreddy singed self server recepet means nothing

I am having trouble finding a specific medication and I called to see if they carry the generic form. The pharmacist told me they are out. I asked if they are just out of stock or if they no longer carry it. She said, I can't tell, I would have to have someone look it up. I asked, can you have someone look it up then? And she said, well it doesn't look like we've ordered it since last year, so we might not carry it any more. "Might not." How is that helpful? Why not just...look it up? I don't expect a pharmacy employee to know the answer to every question, but I do expect them to know how to get the answer. Is that not your job? Lazy.
