Dr. Allen is down to earth and doesn't up sell you like many other vets. I have been going there for over 10 years and will continue to go there.Went again today. Doctors are excellent!

I understand that they are extremely busy but that's no excuse for rude and horrible service. I went there based on all of the great review. I got basically the opposite of them. the vet was intimidating and seemed irritated if I asked any questions . I definitely didn't see the compassion so many people have spoke about. Like I said it was basically the opposite. they were totally wrong on what they claimed was wrong with my dog too. very bad vibes. I won't be going back.
