The front desk lady was great. The nurse that brought me back was great. The other nurse and the doctor are my complaints.Working in healthcare myself I know how important it is to make a patient feel comfortable because they already don't feel good and don't trust going to the doctor. The nurse appeared to be irritated to be there. The doctor; it is ok to give advice but you should have all information before telling a patient to go get on ANY medication. Don't share a story to scare the patient into doing so. It was very irritating and not to mention the wait was long. Please do better.

Simple walked in said what I needed and went straight to the back. There was no wait!

I went in for a pre-employment drug screen and the front office were very nice. The tech that assisted in the test was very short and didn’t explain things to a point that I had to make a follow up comment or question for each step. She never looked me in the eye. Would not recommend this place.

Service was fast. You do everything online from your phone. Need to have wifi. My Verizon signal was very weak inside the building. Over all everything went very well.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. Incompetent front and back office staff. I waited 2 hours for a simple drug screen. They called 3 people back that walked in an hour after I did. What topped it off was one of the employee’s retaliation. She thought it was acceptable to tell me why my 2 hour wait was in any way acceptable. This is NOT the place to go in any way. I will be immediately pulling my company’s contract for services. Absolutely appalling.

Short staffed, had to wait over an hour for a simple procedure. Counter staff was EXTRA SLOW with check-in and the test administrator had the personality of a mannequin. Not rude perhaps but did not talk other that to bark out instructions. I felt like they were putting up with me because I wouldn't leave before my tests was complete.With as many locations they have, ill definitely not return to this one.

The nurses where rude all acted like they didn't want to be there. The doctor was rude he didn't speak or introduce himself when he came in the room.

Front desk person was kind, helpful, & treatedme like a person. Beyond that, the experience was lackluster & impersonal. I waited in a room for over 30 minutes with no apologies or explanation. Unfortunate.
