Made an appointment for a passport days in advance had My confirmation that I scheduled the appointment and that it told me to be there 10mins in advance!! Go there on time for them to say I wasn’t on the schedule and it was nothing they could do, even though I had a confirmation that I showed them!!! UNPROFESSIONAL

my package had been lost in the mail for two weeks, and was finally supposed to be delivered today. the delivery person wasn't able to get in my apartment and i called to see why this kept happening. i also wanted to ask if i could just come pick it up instead of it being delivered. i was mid sentence and my customer service lady hung up on me before i was even able to explain my situation. i tried calling back and she never answered. as a professional business i would expect you to have someone with even an ounce of manners or respect as your customer service representative. very unprofessional and disappointing.
