If I could give zero stars I would! I went in today to see about pawning some diamond jewelry and was completely insulted by the gentleman at the counter. He proceeded to tell me they were junk and that my jeweler is as well. I have documentation from not only my jeweler but a third party appraiser that states they are all VVS diamonds so I was completely taken by surprise that he would refer to it that way. Especially without even looking at the merchandise first. Everyone falls on hard times and needs a little extra every now and then but there is absolutely no way I would EVER do any kind of business with these people. They are worth more sitting in a drawer than his offer. I understand they are out to make money but to insult people because you have the upper hand and have the money they are needing is uncalled for.

When I walked in I saw three roaches and also the guy made me ride my bike up there twice in 90 degree weather and was incredibly rude and discriminated against me for the color of my skin don't recommend going here

Was gonna go there but changed my mind because the guy hung up on me because I was asking questions. I understand that they may be all about business, but I think it is still rude and disrespectful to hang up on someone and I refuse to do business with those type of people!

This place and Mr. Budd gave me one of the most terrible shopping experiences ever. I bought a Viking sewing/ embroidery machine via EBay. He did not send me any of the embroidery pieces. We went back and forth for a while, then I got EBay involved. They ruled for me, he went bonkers. Called me every name in the book. He said he was calling the po--po and the FBI. I finally got reimbursed and sent the machine back. What an unpleasant man. A whole month of nasty karma.

Thieves! Ordered 2 toners and they only shipped 1. Will not answer email or phone. Filed a dispute with PayPal and they responded that if I send the one back, they'll refund half my money.
