A young man dressed up like a cowboy ( i think he was an assistant manager) provided a very high level of customer service. I thank him for the pleasant purchase experience. Give that young man a raise.

Young lady who helped me was very good and knowledgeable about boots. Check online to see what you would be interested in and to make sure store has your size as what I wanted was not in stock in store.

5 stars for nice quality and large selections! 3 stars for prices, yikes. If you want something nice be prepared to pay! That said, I returned because they have quality clothes and boots and a very nice staff.

Staff is hard to find took me about 10 min to get someone to help me maybe cuz they have no uniform to is hard to identify employees give them a hat or polo short

Ordered pants through the store online. I Never received them. When I called the store, they claimed
my order was canceled by me. They claimed to have talked too me and sent an email. Both were lies. Very poor customer service Never offered to rectify the situation.
