Stopped to get a fountain drink on 9/6/24. My choice was out so went with another. After filling cup, there were no lids. Asked clerk in kitchen if they had lids. Was told they had them at the register as the lid holder was broken. Asked register clerk for lid and she bit my head off and said they were on top of the trash can. She stomped back and brought the entire stack up to me instead of 1 lid then stomped back to put them back on trash can, yelled at kitchen clerk that they weren't at the register and to not tell people that, stomped back up and waited on me. I've never in my MANY years of life experienced such a rude employee and I've seen many in my life. She should not be employed there in my opinion. Bad representation for this store.

Casey's on State Ave in Bonner Springs is a fantastic stop! The store is large and offers a huge selection of snacks, food, and beverages. Their fresh-made pizza by the slice is excellent, and they have a great variety of hot food selections. The restrooms are clean, and the fuel island is spacious with 16 pumps, making it easy to fill up quickly. Highly recommend stopping by!

Staff is usually complaining about work related issues that the customer doesn't need to hear. Food is almost always later, than the app says.

Ordered 3 pizzas online. I drove the 20 minutes to get to the KC, KS Casey's to pick them up. When I got there, two of my pizzas were "missing". The girl swore she made them, but they couldn't be found. We assume they were given to others. The manager said that we were being contacted about the 3rd pizza because the meat for that one wasn't thawed out. I had my cell with me and received no phone calls. The manager said that the girl that was calling me was outside. We had seen her outside smoking a cigarette when we pulled up. We were refunded the money for the pizzas but it was upsetting waiting for 90 minutes to get nothing.

ANOTHER Casey's with a broken down ice cream machine and absolutely no pizza out. The owner of these two needs to figure it out and stop being cheap.

Boston was super helpful to me today! I came in to get a bag of ice and he came outside to unlock the doors and even brought the ice to my car. Thank you so much! I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this Casey’s.

This store is ALWAYS out of things and they give you a time to pick up your order and when you arrive at that time they haven't even started the order. The staff always have an attitude. Just close the store at this point.

The most amazing thing happen to me at this store. I went to check out and my card was approved but was $3.89 short. Instead of letting me put back my food items the cashier went WAY above and beyond and pulled out his own debit card and paid the balance for me. I've never experienced such generosity from a cashier. Caseys you hired a very good kind person and thank him for really making my day. I will be paying it forward and I will be back to repay that cashier with interest. Wonderful store Wonderful staff... 10 stars!

You would think after NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS from people on here regarding the lazy employees and literally NO pizza or food for us to purchase (unless of course it’s old and dried up) that something would’ve been done by now to fix it. This is the last time I come here…. Why do they have all these comments on here letting the corporate office know how bad this place is run, yet months later it’s the same thing. Seems like Casey’s doesn’t care and needs to do some clean up with their employees and those higher up because this place is an embarrassment.

Nice store, awful service. There’s never pizza ready, cash registers are never working right & the employees just don’t care. Half the gas pumps work & the food they do have is not even warm. This place will ruin your day.

Here 4-5 mornings a week to get breakfast or a monster. Came in this morning and the old woman at the counter had me stand there to checkout for almost 5 mins while she was packing cigarettes and chew up behind the counter. No breakfast besides two biscuits that had been roasted for sitting in there too long. I’ll be going to Quicktrip from here out.

I’m not one to go out of my way to make a google review but this is getting out of hand. I’m a regular I go there EVERY DAY 5x a week. I’m to the point to where I’m about done giving them my business. This place has gone down the drain. Every morning there is either a piece or two of pizza if you’re lucky that is so old the cheese is chewy and NOTHING in the cold area expect maybe a few cheese stick items. The kitchen has NOTHING being made. No premade sandwiches NOTHING the drink are always out in the fountain. Here within the last few days they haven’t been putting the time or date on any of the hot items. I also went and got a frozen hot pocket of the freezer area and it has EXPIRED! I told an employee I got food poisoning from the yogurt parfait and there response was “the cooler stopped working so they sat out so we tired and save them from “going bad”

Stopped by for gas and some food. The place was very clean and even better yet the guy running the register was really friendly. Name tag said Tom. Really rare these days to have somone smile and ask how your day was going. Will definitely be back.
