I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at Camel Auto Service, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, friendly atmosphere that made me feel like family. Jose, the owner and mechanic, along with his wife Alejandra managing the front desk, run this establishment with a level of honesty and integrity that is truly rare to find in the automotive industry.I brought in my beloved Subaru WRX after a disappointing and expensive experience at the dealership, where I was quoted an astronomical price without even a firm diagnosis. Luckily, a colleague recommended Jose at Camel Auto Service, and I'm so thankful I got a second opinion! Unlike the dealership, Jose's expertise in cars and customer service shone brightly. Not only did he swiftly diagnose the issue, but he also had my car up and running flawlessly in just a few days, and at a fraction of the cost I was quoted at the dealership.What truly sets Camel Auto Service apart is their dedication to going the extra mile for their customers (literally!). When I had an issue with my car that I couldn't quite pinpoint, Jose didn't hesitate to take a short drive with me to diagnose and resolve the problem within the hour. My daughter’s car was literally stranded a block down from the shop with a failed starter. Jose and employees literally pushed her car to his shop, got starter fixed and got her back on the road in 24 hours.I’ve never used them before but he treated me like a priority. They were super friendly and appreciated my business. I would/will send friends to them in a hot minute!

My mom and I had a terrible experience at this place, unfortunately because of language barriers this place was recomended for our regulat mechanic, and It's not professional at all. we called all they yesterday and all morning today and nobody answer the phone, and we dont have our car. please dont waste your time here.

Jose the owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Took my dad there for something and instead of me waiting in the car, I decided to go in with him. I was greeted by his wife while my dad and I waited for her husband to finish what he was doing prior from us getting there. Good family owned business. Although I didn't get my car repaired at his shop, I could tell the type of work he did just from talking with him for only 10 minutes. Being a mechanic myself and having a pretty wide set of knowledge about automobiles, I was able to gather quite a bit of the type of people they are and the type of business they run. If there was any a time I was not able to fix my or families car I would have no problem sending them down or going myself to be taken care of.

Family business, and it shows. Honest, friendly. Can't speak enough good about these folks. I call them friends now. Most of my family trust Jose and his family to help them out.
