Highly recommend these guys. We had a blowout on a cross-country trip and limped into town on a scary 15 year-old spare tire. Boulevard had 3-4 different tire options available for our car, AND were able to fit us in that morning! Abbie and Eric were super nice and accommodating, and we were on the road again with fresh tires by high noon.As an added bonus, they have an expansive waiting lounge with a ton of magazines, vintage multi-game video arcade machine, and giant fish tank. Also of note is the groovy little Three Bees coffee shop across the street.

Thought this place was a good bet after seeing reviews. Taking so little care to damage a brand new never mounted wheel (came out of the box 15 minutes before being dropped off) like this definitely proved otherwise. And $35 per tire isn't the bargain price I would expect for this level of "quality work". Go elsewhere if you actually care about your stuff.

AWFUL SERVICE , YOUNG LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE DONT SAY HER NAME, WHEN YOU TRY TO TELL HER WHAT PROBLEM YOU HAVE WITH EQUIPMENT SHE HANG UP THE CALL, WHEN YOU CANN AND ASK FOR THE SHOP THEY PUT YOU ON 30MINUTES WAIT LINE AND NO ONE ANSWERS AND PHONE CALL CANCELS, WORST EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA EVER !!!!!

Do not trust this shop! Pick my car up today for the second time and a total of 13 days without a car. Used car under warranty so was advised to bring it here and 8 days later and according to Eric $1600 worth of work picked it up problem not resolved. Brought it back 6 days later and $144 out of my pocket picked it up today and problem worse. Called Eric because car WAS WORSE and he said bring it back in the morning FOR THE THIRD TIME!!! Barely got to my driveway now car won't start. So now a single mom with 2 jobs that has been without a car for 2 weeks has to have it towed to a shop, fixed properly, and find time to go to small claims court to recover costs because car has warranty. SO DONE WITH THEM!

I have used Boulevard Tire for years! They are honest and provide excellent service at a reasonable price. I bought a new vehicle, so I got a service plan from the dealer. However, anything else goes to Boulevard!

Nicest people, i showed up without an appointment to have a rear hubcap replaced (I brought my own), I was out of there in 5 minutes and they didn't even charge me. They must like repeat business and making friends, I'll be back soon! (PS I am in Kansas City, not San Francisco!)

So been going to Blvd forever... always trusted Eric but lately it's not good at all its important to me to trust my mechanic and now I don't have had to return to refix things and I just can't afford that most recently had two tires fixed?? Not fixed took back the day after still not fixed took somewhere else and got the tires fixedNever going back

Highly recommend Boulevard for all things car care! They respond to all request so quickly and make it so easy to get an appointment at a convenient time for you. Really appreciated that when buying tires, they gave me quotes for 3-4 different options according to my needs & a price range that I felt comfortable with it.

I stumbled upon this tire shop in 2014, and I AM SO GLAD!! I haven't bought tires or tire services anywhere else since then. Boulevard Tires earned my trust back in 2014 when they saved me over $100 by repairing a flat tire after another shop in town told me they'd have to replace the whole thing. Over the years, I've trusted them with numerous flat tires, oil changes, and tire replacements, and they consistently deliver friendly, timely service at reasonable / competitive prices. I also think it's worth mentioning that I have never once felt "talked down to" and nobody there has ever called me "honey" or "sweetie." (If you're a woman, you can likely attest that women don't always get the same respect as men at car shops, unfortunately.)What could be better than that?? Well, I'm glad you asked. All of my experiences with Boulevard Tire have been routine and uneventful, except the most recent one, which is the reason I'm writing this review. Last year, I had 2 tires replaced, and after I picked up my car, I discovered they had made a somewhat costly mistake. When I addressed them about the problem, they took ownership and fixed everything to my satisfaction at no additional cost to me. Wow! I think the true test of a good business is not how they act when everything is going right; it's how they handle their business when something occasionally goes wrong (everyone makes mistakes, after all)!! Their professionalism and willingness to "make it right" is what has made me a customer for life! A+

Ask for Chris!! I originally came to this shop for an oil change but left making them my primary auto shop. They don't try to swindle on prices and the atmosphere is extremely female friendly! All the people who work here are extremely polite and truly love helping people fix their cars for an honest price. I will keep returning because of these fair non-swindle business practices!!
