They lie about.billing and monthly bills, they claim they tell you but don't. Then look at you like your stupid I've been a customer since 2019 have always paid on time never any issues until I added my 4th line now they act like they don't know ENGLISH... Stupid stupid people learn to speak clearly so there will not be confusion!!!!! Don't recommend this location to anyone!!!

Called about an upgrade, as I've had the same phone for 4 years. A new version of my phone is only 9.99 and low and behold I find myself in an argument over the price with the guy telling me it's not a 10$ phone. Tf it isn't, it's right here on my boost app and if you don't honor the upgrade price just say that, don't tell me that's not true. Crazy world folks damn.

Had insurance on a phone but the real policy does not, I REPEAT DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR PHONE! You get credits towards a replacement phone it could cost you the same if not more to get the phone replaced depending on who helps you, after two days this one guy was able to help me as long a changed my daughter phone number and she lost all her information
